A modern stone villa occupying a beautiful end plot with uncompromising views across the Mirabello bay located near the beach, shops, and restaurants. Built and furnished to high specifications with the most fantastic view over the bay to the islands, Elounda, and the surrounding Cretan mountains. Villa Mavrikiano is the end plot of a small group of 4 Villas with unparalleled views. The villa is equipped with Wifi for guests and a large smart TV. The upper floor has 2 double air-conditioned bedrooms with sea-view balconies. The master bedroom has an en-suite. Next to bedroom #2, there is another family bathroom. Both have been re-fitted to a high standard with wet room style showers. The villa has an additional sofa bed so it can accommodate 5 adults or 6 children quite comfortably. The ground floor is also air conditioned and has an open floor plan living room, dinning room, and kitchen areas with 2 large patio doors leading to the terraces. This area includes the pool, 4 sun-beds, outdoor table with 6 chairs, as well as a lower sun deck with a bench and side tables to sit and enjoy the lovely view and get the sun all day if you want it. For the athletes, the pool is equipped with an counter-current swimming system. You can see the magnificent view of the sea and the bay from any area of the house or the deck. The villa is set at the back of the quiet traditional village of Mavrikiano with its own parking.

Villa Mavrikiano was lovely. The view is so nice, we arrived in the dark so waking up to it was amazing. House facilities were very good with just about everything we wanted it needed.Owner met us on arrival and showed us all the facilities and made sure we were happy. We even received a welcome pack that was a life saver. Communication was very good as well when we had a few queries and always answered quickly.Ok, the villa is at the top of a hill so if you don't like them, hire a car but we managed and the bar round the corner was a very good resting point before the last hill.

Incredible views, scenery and surroundings.The house and pool were perfect. You can reach the town and restaurants also by foot if needed. We were family of four and place served all our needs. Definetly would recommend to anyone.10/10.

Fabulous stay in an amazing location

Having stayed previously in an apartment complex we opted for Villa Mavrikiano this time. The views are just lovely. The villa has everything you need and is just a short walk away from The Hope, Beeraki and Palio Kantouni. Would highly recommend

The house was great. It was easy to find. Everyone was very hospitable. The check-in process was super easy. The pool was great. It’s a beautiful view and amazing town, very quiet and peaceful, which is what we were looking for. The drive from the main road to the house is terrifying, but it’s short so that’s helpful but it’s not for the faint of heart.

Lovely week in Elounda

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Villa. Pool is a good size and deep which suited our family. The view is incredible. Elounda is a super spot with many restaurants etc. There is no AC in the downstairs which is not ideal if you need to use the sofa bed.

We would to inform you that your comments were heard and we will be installing an air-conditioner downstairs for next season. Elounda is "a super spot" and we hope to welcome you back to our villa.

Super Villa in Mavrikiano

We had a fabulous stay in Sept 23’ at this wonderful villa. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, with good air conditioning in the bedrooms. One note would be to have some comfortable chairs for the garden to relax in in the evening watching the sun set but otherwise we would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Place

This property is exactly represented in the photos. The place is spacious and accommodating for a group of 4. The pool and patio are excellent, the kitchen is fully stocked, the area is very close to town, it is convenient and quiet! Fara was clear and communicative, and made the process very easy. Overall, my group and I were very happy with our 3 day stay and highly recommend.

Mavriakano Villa with stunning elevated viewd

Great Villa conveniently located - 10 mins downhill walk, from the centre of Elounda. The property enjoys an elevated position with stunning views over Elounda & the surrounding coast. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac amongst residential properties - there is a steep access road leading up to the property, but it keeps you fit! Panagiotis was there to meet & greet us upon our arrival even though it was past 10pm - thank you much appreciated. Overall there’s not much to dislike, highly recommended.

Indescribable view over the sea

we were now the third time in this villa and cannot get enough of it! The room layout is optimal for 2 people and there is everything we need for a 2-week vacation. The equipment is excellent such as the beautiful pool, the sunbeds, and the kitchen equipment. Also, we would like to mention the cleanliness by the care of Maria and Panagiotis. We enjoy the tranquility of the villa every time. The way to the town of Elounda is good with about 20 min to the town center to walk. But we can also recommend the nearby restaurants: the Hope, Despina and Cantina, which are only about a minute walk away. The price is appropriate for this villa, and we thank you for the nice welcome package. We will come back for the fourth time and thank the very friendly landlords.

Relaxing stay in lovely propoerty.

Villa Mavrikiano is a lovely villa overlooking the resort of Elounda with fantastic views over the lagoon, to the mountains in the distance. We had a great couple of weeks, the villa was very clean light and airy with the benifit of the pool and sundeck. The access to the villa is up a steep paved road but well worth it for the tranquility and views in all directions from the propoerty. You are 3 mins walk from a couple of good resturants or 10mins walk to the centre of Elounda, where there is a good seleciton of shops, resturants amd bars. All you need on your doorstep. The management team at the villa done and excellent job, we were welcomed on our arival and they were very friendly, with a mid clean in the two weeks and the pools cleaned twice a week. I think we will be coming back to Crete in the near future and Villa Mavrikiano will be our first choce.

Très belle maison avec une merveilleuse vue.Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour.Jolie piscine bien entretenue.Villa très au calme.Il est possible de se rendre à pied à Elounda à condition d'être en bonne forme physique car il y a une grande côte à monter pour accéder à la maison.Elounda est une petite ville très agréable avec de très bons restaurants.Nous recommandons sans réserves !Juste nous aurions aimé une cafetière Nespresso.Nous avons trouvé les matelas un peu trop ferme mais c'est notre avis personnel.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Fantastisk opphold. Alt er som annonsert, rent og fredelig. Gangavstand til Elounda sentrum, masse fine steder og strender å oppleve kun korte bilturer unna huset. Spesielt hyggelig å møte han som overleverer nøkkel og overraskende med en med en fin welcome pack med drikke, brød, egg og annet. Hadde mange gode sjømat måltider i området og elsket Plaka stranden for snorkling. Besøk på Spinalonga anbefales! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake til Villa Mavrikiano.

We have just returned from a fantastic trip in Elounda staying at the villa. The communication on arrival at the airport was seamless and on arrival we weee delighted with how beautiful the villa is. The view is truely spectacular and the amenities were very good. We even found a box full of poop toys and inflatable sun loungers for the pool. The decor is modern and the furniture very comfortable. We rented a small suv and a free a big 7 seater van wouldn’t get up the narrow driveway. So a compact car would be fine. We found the best way to walk to village was past The Hope then at end left, left and left again and the walk is beautiful. Lovely restaurants close by and in town. Thank you everyone!

Lovely property with amazing views of Elounda. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Check in was great helped by Panagiotis who came to find us on his motorbike when we missed the turning up the hill. The roads approaching the house are very steep and best suited to a confident driver. There are several tavernas within a 5 minute walk down the hill and Elounda is walkable in 10-15 minutes- slightly longer back up the hill! We loved swimming in the crystal clear sea at Plaka and also visited Spinalonga which was great.

Atemberaubender Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr bemüht war, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, alles was man benötigt war vorhanden und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Fara sehr herzlich.
