This condo will provide ample living space for you and your family and comfortably sleeps 8 people. Located only 6 minutes from the downtown area where there is no shortage of things to do. Shopping, food, drinks, attractions and so much more. At this condo, you will find fine dining at Kaminski's Chop House, bar/restaurant/pizza at Kilbourn City Grill, Starbucks coffee at the Fresh Market To-Go, Spa Del Sol, indoor and outdoor water park and pools. Water park passes are not included with stay

Great stay with a lot of amenities!

Great property with plenty of space for our family. It was great to have easy access to restaurants and a Starbucks! Would definitely book again!

Great condo!

We stayed for the weekend as my daughter had a volleyball tournament in the Dells. Was great to have the extra space to relax and hang out in between things! Much better than a cramped hotel. The girls had their own room and we had our room. Absolutely ideal setup for us!!

Beautiful condo

Kurt was great to work with. Was very timely in answering questions. It was perfect for our family, more than enough room. My kiddos loved the jacuzzi tub and it was perfect after a day of being out at the waterparks. Highly recommend! Bonus if you want to bring pets too

Birthday weekend

Very spacious, clean and not too far from anything you may want to do downtown Wisconsin Dells! Would definitely stay there again! A lot to do on the property if you visit during the summer months.

Wonderful condo and stay

Our family and dog stayed at this condo for a couple nights during a volleyball tournament. The owner was excellent at communication and accommodating our late check out due to bracket play. We found the room to be quiet next to the stairwell which came in handy for letting our dog out. It was nicely decorated and had what we needed. Would certainly return.

Spacious Condo!

Had a relaxing stay in this well-maintained, super clean, spacious condo! The owner was excellent with communication making the check in process a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Located at Chula Vista

Place was clean and very good size. Pillows after taking off the pillow case per rules when you leave were somewhat disgusting matress cover also had 2 huge disgusting spots which werent noticeable til mattress sheet was taken off. Overall had a great stay.

Perfect Getaway - Close to Everything

This condo was great! We were close to downtown Dells as well as several state parks for hiking. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We loved that it was dog friendly and spacious. The host was very quick to respond and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Overall great stay!

Very nice and convenient location. Plenty of pillows and blankets and even have shampoo/conditioner and soaps for use in the bathrooms. My kids loved the "big tub." Check-in process was easy and Kurt responded quickly to questions. Indoor and outdoor water park are just across the parking lot so super convenient and there are a few smaller pools located around. Would recommend!!

Family Mini Escape

Kurt was wonderful to work with for this mini family escape with our dog!!! This clean, beachy, airy condo stay was just what we needed to chill, go to some of our favorite places in the Dells —and a great way to ring in the time change of spring! Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Kurt!

Weekend with adult children

Friday thru sunday stay for a little getaway. Four of us stayed. Condo was clean and check in very easy. On site at Chula Vista which is a nice resort. About 10 min drive from downtown Dells. Able to use the outdoor Hot Springs hot tub area which was awesome and very relaxing. Kitchen adequate but bring any spices, condiments you may need. Coffee filters were provided. Owner very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Mini

Great stay

This was a perfect property for our vacation. We wanted to stay in the Dells but our plans were to not actually go to the Chula Vista water park. So we weren’t bothered by the fact that the listing doesn’t come with water park passes. I would recommend bringing extra towels, hand towels, dish towels as they are very limited. Also there are no basic seasoning like salt and pepper or oil so make sure to pack EVERYTHING.

Chula Vista Stay

The condo was beautiful, Kurt did a fabulous job with the remodel. The posting includes information stating resort passes are not included, so be aware they are not included with you stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and loved our stay! The communication was amazing, and he even went out of his way to mail some of our children's clothes that we left behind.

Great Place

The condo was awesome...big space super clean. Host provided timely information for access. Only two suggestions I would have...the room faces East...please upgrade to some room darkening curtains or blinds...probably not an issue for half the year...however in the summer it was bright in the main bedroom at around 5am. Also, if possible I would recommend changing the check out to noon if possible...I think the whole building was checking out the same time as us and it was almost impossible to get an elevator. We were all physically able to manage the stairs, but a family with small children or elderly may not have the same ability and since the unit is on the 4th floor it could be a challenge. Other than that, the unit is only about 5-10 min from Down Town Dells and we had a great time and would recommend this unit to any considering a stay in the Dells!

Perfect stay, flexible host, cute and homey condo

The condo is appointed in such a way that it is very homey. We recently stayed there for my son's wedding and any guests that stopped by commented on how nice it was. The host was super flexible with us about check-in and we were 100% happy with our stay.
