We’re glad the space worked well for your group, and we apologize for the parking challenges, slow communication, and the issues with the faucet and refrigerator. The parking allotment for the unit and the third‑party parking app clearly caused frustration — we will review the listing language and the parking resources provided to make expectations and options clearer for future guests.
