The staff was really friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. They were very complementary on how chill my dog was being. The location was close to restaurants and a grocery store if needed. One recommendation for the room is to add a USB port or two for charging various devices. Other then that the room was very comfortable and clean.

During check in, Gerard was extremely helpful and polite. Excellent customer service. The place was clean and easy to get to.

Room was clean and comfortable. Would add a night stand on both sides of bed. Would include more dishware and silverware. Shower water pressure was great. Staff was friendly.

It was a fine place to stay, the staff were very friendly! I appreciated being able to bring my dog. Also appreciated having a kitchen. But overall the room was very small. It almost seemed like it was fit for one person.

Nice to have a Kitchenette

I was staying in Columbus and needed to take some prepared food to a family function. Having the full sized refrigerator in a room was so helpful. The staff was friendly. The hallways did have an odor from guests cooking in their rooms.

OK but don't stay near the elevator

It's nice but the noise from the elevator and heating system in our room was bad that we never slept, got up at 4 am to leave for a long road trip which made the trip difficult. Sorry will not be back but it was a SPECIFIC area on the downstairs so I can't give this place any real rating of bad or good - The price was the only great thing in my opinion

We were in town for two nights. The unit only had 2 glasses to drink from, no coffee cups and the fridge looked like a scratch-and-dent unit. We made our reservation through Orbitz but we were charged by the property anyway. I caught this on my CC statement and called the property directly. The manager said the charges will be corrected. Unlikely we will stay here again.
