When we arrived all the rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The patio outside was also very well kept and clean. The area was beautiful. Not to close to all the busy traffic but shopping wasnt too far away. I highly recommend this location. It was only about 20 minutes (not in rush hour) to Old Sac, the zoo, ardent mall, and there was a shopping plaza we went to all about the same distance.

Overall we had a great stay. The property shows some wear and tear but overall it was confortable for our family. We enjoyed the fact that each room had a TV as we had kids with multiple tastes. Another plus was the ground floor bedroom even though you had to go upstairs for a shower. The only negative were the ants. We had to keep ever scrap of food in the fridge, took all food containers and garbage out after every meal and still we could not get them under control.

The place was perfect for a staycation with family. Very clean, multiple spaces to hang out including the awesome covered patio. Ample kitchen supplies. We had a great time.

Excellent space for a family stay and gathering. Lots of room with 2 separate living areas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and comfy. HUGE backyard to run with the doggos. Host responded to all my questions very promptly and made the check in and check out process seamless. Definitely recommend

This is the perfect house for a family gathering. Lots of room inside and out. I loved your outside with the yard, fire pit, basketball court and darts. The kids loved it. I would definitely rent this house again! Easy parking, lots of amenities close by. 10/10.

Nice and clean home with plenty of room. Large backyard and areas to play. The bedrooms and furnishings were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Great location for down stay.

The house was the right size for us and we were able to get around Sacramento as we needed. We cooked some meals and the kitchen had all that we needed.

This was a great fit for our family Christmas celebration, this is our second time staying there. The high staircase was fun for our almost 2 year old grandson, and the lego toys in the spare room closet kept him entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware. Clean kitchen, and nice to have a hotpot for boiling water. Thank you to the host for such a lovely experience.

This home was perfect for our family reunion in Sacramento. It was close to downtown and family living in the area. Our kids loved the big back yard to play in. Daniel was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home for trip to Sacramento

Property was as described. Plenty of fun activities to do (axe throwing in the backyard was a lot of fun). Plenty of space for the 5 adults in our group. Great location, nice neighborhood, convenient and easy to access downtown.

Perfect Family Gathering

In town for a wedding, by large family of 8 loved this house. Plenty of space for everyone and great for hosting our extended family for a backyard bbq. House is kept up nicely and owner is wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend

The house inside is fine. No wash cloths, so make sure you bring your own. We went out and bought some. They had plenty of towels. No laundry detergent, so bought that too. Broken glass on sliding closet door in master. We had no electricity in any of the bathrooms for the entire stay. Owner was not available to assist nor did he have any backup plan. He was out of the country. Yard is a mess. Grass in front yard is knee high. Grass in back is shin high and full of bees. My son got stung twice. There is a bunch of trash along the fence line. We couldn’t let our dog outside unsupervised as there were too many dangerous things to get into. Rug outside in the back is filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Checkin Directions gives you a code to garage for use but found out garage is not for use. We like to store car in the garage to keep cooler, but not an option. Property could be good but owner needs a property manager that is available 24/7 and he should personally go and see the property condition. No vacuum. We are used to cleaning up prior to leaving.
