We had such a terrific stay at PS Hipster! Not only was the space beautiful, but the hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Thank you for helping to make my 40th birthday a memorable one!

A week in Palm Springs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and back yard were wonderful. Convenient location.

Great family trip for the 4th.

Had a great stay, house was clean and perfect for the entire family. Even the dogs enjoyed the roomy back yard. Check in and out was easy as could be. Would stay again next time in PS.

Perfect family r&r

We look forward to booking the PS Hipster again! This was an ideal rest & relaxation space for our extended family and fur baby. Everyone loved the pool, firepit, ping pong, and yard games. The green space and enclosed yard was perfect for the dog and kids. All the beds were super comfy, and the kitschy hipster decor was so much fun. Brad was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great choice for 3 couples!

Fantastic house in a great location - near airport, Downtown Palm Springs. House has great amenities- pool, hot tub, laundry. Perfect configuration for 3 adult couples. We each had a bedroom with king beds, and each couple had their own bathroom. 20 minutes from the aerial tram; minutes from downtown / shopping restaurants. Agents were in regular communication. Highly recommended.

Family gathering

Loved the location and parking. Easy in and out. The communication with mgt was on time and no questions left unanswered. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Very large dining and living space. Big tv to watch sports ! Backyard was well organized with pool, hot tub , fire pit and gas bbq. Kitchen well stocked as was laundry area. Only negative was outside rugs should be replaced, worn by sun and fun. Thanks for a great time .

The city area to the rear of the property is excessively loud; especially in the mornings. There does not seem to be a noise ordinance with start times related to power tools and workers. Seems hypocritical with noise ordinances imposed on vacation properties. Also, So Cal Edison replaced a transformer on the power pole that is up against the rear wall of the property from 8p - 8a one night of our stay and cut all power to the house. We had no AC, couldn't charge our devices, stuff in the freezer melted, and they lit up our bedroom with their flood lights as well as had their diesel motors, power tools, and hammers running all night. No one got any sleep.. but that's not the property's fault. Overall the house was nice, but the noise might not be worth coming back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: IF the hot tub was working during our two week stay, this review would be all 5's. A terrific house. Large enough for part-time guests. Some airport noise, but we got used to it.Management company was very responsive to hot tub issues--but parts supplier wasn't.We have reserved the same house for three weeks in 2026!
