Big house with plenty of space for 9 adults. We had a small bump with the locks not working but we got that sorted very fast. And we left something behind and Jack has been very accommodating to help us retrieve it! Really appreciated the support and comfortable home during the MS Challenge weekend.

This house is perfect for a larger group. Plenty of beds and parking at an unbeatable location. Our party of 8 adults & 4 kids was comfortable without being cramped. Lots of seating in the living room and kitchen. We took advantage of the big back yard, outdoor patio & bbq during our stay, used the beach towels, beach chairs & sand toys and were able to easily walk to the private beach, Veteran’s Park & Beach and to the harbor for our Martha’s Vineyard day-trip. The host had a great site for planning day trips & some very spot on food recommendations (Anejo & Marion’s Pies). A couple of questions came up during our stay during the 4th of July week and the host was very quick in responding.

Our stay at this home was perfect. We were here over Christmas break. The home is extremely clean and there is plenty of room to spread out. The hosts are very responsive to any needs or questions. I highly recommend this home and would book again in the future without hesitation.

Great place for group stay

Place is as advertised, house was awesome. Walking distance to the town and ferry which was convenient . Plenty of room for all our guests.

Great home for our family vacation, The private and public beach were great. Hosts were informative and helpful with our questions. We would stay again when visiting the cape.

2025 Fourth of July

Big family gathering, from grandparents on down. We all loved it. Plenty of space, and the kids had a great time running around.

Property was everything as advertised. 2 minute walk to private beach. Kid friendly, super kitchen and living room for a gathering place. Would rent again

Family vacation

This home was perfect for our family size and very comfortable. Having king size beds in three bedrooms was great. The home was very clean and well maintained. Madison and Jack were so accommodating.

Great place!

We had a great stay at this property. There were 16 of us including 7 children ages 3-8. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house is split up well. Easy access to beach and eating areas. The hosts were very easy to reach. Will definitely consider booking again.

40th Anniversary celebration

We had a perfect stay At Ripple Cove. The location was near our activities, which included many beach days. It was wonderful to have beach chairs, towels and games at the ready. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants and supermarkets as well The whole house was a perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy each other‘s company. We loved dining outside on the deck.

Milestone Birthday

The house is well equipped for a large group and kids! We had a multigenerational group and created many memories at the beach, in the yard playing cornhole, wiffle ball and inside playing Taboo. The hosts are very responsive and have a lovely beach house to enjoy!

Amazing Experience

My family and I stayed at the home for a weekend cousins’ girls’ trip. There were 14 women ranging in ages, starting at 25 up to 65. The pictures do the house and area no justice. The house is amazing and was extremely clean and very well kept. It is in an ideal location with shops and restaurants about a 5 minute drive away. The beach is beautiful and about a 5-10 minute walk. The hosts were very polite and responsive. They reached out before the trip, checked in during the stay and communicated after. My family and I were very pleased. I would definitely recommend staying at this home and plan to do so myself in the near future.

I’ll start with the positives. The space was accommodating for everyone to leave their stuff. For a place that sleeps 18 people, we had plenty of room to work with. Safety was never an issue other than the check-in process (more on that down below). The photos attached were the bedrooms when we checked-in. Surprising welcome considering our host said this has never happened before. When we originally checked in, the code was not working either so that was a little annoying. One of our girls said the couch she slept on made her back stiff. Took 2 days for that to go away. Considering the amount of reviews of this place from other guests, I truly believe this was just an accident and once settled in, everyone enjoyed themselves. If this were to happen again though, I would be concerned

Thank you for the feedback. Due to a technical error, the cleaners did not have the cleaning scheduled. When the guest told us this, we had cleaners there within 15 minutes. We offered compensation so guests could go get dinner while cleaners fixed things up, but the guest said it was no big deal and declined. We have since corrected this technical issue. In three years of renting, this is the first time this has ever happened, and we are so sorry it did, but did our part to make sure it was immediately corrected. As far as the code not working, the guest was entering the wrong code. When they called and realized the error, they got in immediately. But we are glad the weekend was otherwise good and everyone enjoyed themselves! We'd love to have you back for a more seamless (and our usual) check-in experience!

Our large family group of 7 adults and 7 children (ages 1 - 8) had a fantastic week! The house was spacious enough for us all to spread out and enjoy our time. The quick walk to the beach made it possible for us to walk back and forth several times a day. We were also able to quickly walk to get ice cream and to catch the ferry to the islands. We will be back!!
