It was a perfect location for our Salt Spring get away. Plenty of space for our 9 family members to retreat to after a day of fun on the island. Lovely deck with fire pit and comfortable beds were the highlights.

Great communication with host and 10 minute drive from Ganges. Lovely glimpse of the ocean through the trees, however no walkable beach/water access. Property was also super clean and matched description. Only thing was that the property has a very steep drive in that made it tricky to get in and out, so just something to consider. But we made it work!

Lovely house tucked away in the forest. Easy access to Ganges and Ruckle Park.Two sets of double bunkbeds in a big room made for easy family (4 beds) sleeping. Enjoyed listening to the ravens while sitting outside with morning coffee.

Andrew's home was welcoming and great for my family and parents. A great fireplace on the main floor kept us warm inside and the BBQ and firepit outside was a great touch on the deck. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Short drive to Ganges which is a lovely town. Quiet location with comfortable beds. We all had wonderful rests. Driveway steep and requires some precision driving. BBQ and other essentials require attention. ( no paper towels, articles left in drier. )

This was a great location to explore Salt Spring Island and do lots of hiking. There was a nice patio out the front but unfortunately it was too cool to really take advantage of it. The house is very comfortable and spacious. We felt like we were in a tree house. We had all the equipment we needed to cook meals. The dishwasher is very small (counter size) so we hand washed all our dishes.

Wonderful spot for family or friends! My 4-year-old loved the basement bedroom with bunk beds — lots of space to play. The rooms were very comfortable, and the fireplace was amazing. We were also really impressed with the fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.

What an incredible spot! We are so lucky to have stayed in this gorgeous location - a lovely home, in a fabulous setting. The feel of a cottage, with so much space and all the conveniences of home. A wonderful place to explore Salt Spring Island. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Spot for the weekend

stayed here for a quick trip on the island for a friends wedding, the cabin had everything we needed for the weekend and was surprisingly larger than the pictures perceived. I would recommend.

Great house to stay in, especially with a family. We had infants and small children, young adults and seniors and all of us appreciated it. While the driveway was definitely a bit of a beast ( we had a truck and suv with AWD) there was nothing that we weren’t able to work with.

Perfect stay

We had a lovely stay at this Salt Spring Island rental while attending a wedding. The house was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time out on the spacious deck soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings. The location was convenient, right between the ferry and downtown Ganges. A great spot for a relaxing and scenic getaway! Thank you!

An amazing stay at a tranquil location!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised and the place was a wonderful getaway for our family! This location was extremely clean and the small touches of having toys for the kids and board games for everyone to enjoy was a great touch. We had a couple of questions during the stay and the host was really quick to respond. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely try to stay here again when we return!
