WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY DURING SUMMER. ISLAND TIME AT SUNRISE. Coastal cottage with gulf views, private heated pool, in the popular, gated community of Sunrise Beach, just off scenic 30A. IF YOUR WEEK IS NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE CHECK THE SISTER HOME, ISLAND GIRL, #431074, NEXT STREET OVER FROM SUNRISE BEACH. Also 4 bedrooms with 4 baths, totally remodeled, with newly installed large private heated pool with decking.

ISLAND TIME is located one house off the beach, approximately 50 steps away; 2 private beach accesses. So close, you will be able to see and hear those on the beach; actually closer to the beach than many beachfront homes. Sounds of the surf are to be enjoyed at night from the home's 2 covered decks off living and master. And fabulous gulf views add to the enjoyment during the day, with no distracting street noise from 30A. Within walking distance to popular area restaurants such as Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Papa's Surf Burger, Goatfeathers & Local Catch.

Home features living area with gas-log fireplace, seated dining for 8, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, granite, walk-in pantry with laundry, bedroom with queen bed, private bath on 3rd/top level. Floors are hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet.

Second level provides main entrance to home with tiled foyer just inside wood entry deck, master bedroom with gas-log fireplace, hardwood floor, sitting area with entertainment center, and master bath with jet tub, separate shower, and double vanities. Master also opens to one of the home's covered decks.
Third bedroom is to the opposite end of foyer and offers two twin beds, private bath, and its own deck at back overlooking pool.

On ground level is a fourth bedroom with queen bed, in addition to day bed with trundle, private bath, and hallways leading to ground level foyer with garage beyond, or screened porch at back overlooking the back yard and grill. Gated area to pool is adjacent and contains the private in ground swimming pool. Skirted area furnished with lawn furniture for enjoyment of the area. Outdoor shower available to wash sand off from the beach.

We also own a one bedroom condo with bunk room and queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 6 located a short distance down the beach. This could be rented if you have need for accommodating more than 13. The address is #305 San Remo, VRBO 115171.

My sister's family and my family (8 total) stayed at Island time from July 3-July 9, 2011 and absolutely loved it! We have stayed in the Sunrise Beach neighborhoood before, but never in this house. The view was awesome, the house was huge and well stocked, and the owners were tremendously hospitable. We love Santa Rosa and the quaint shops across the street from Sunrise as well as the proximity to Seaside and SanDestin, so this location was perfect. The house itself was roomy, comfortable, full of amenities and extremely accessible to the beach. I am ready to book for next year again!

Disappointing

We were hoping for a relaxing stay near the beach. Unfortunately the house was smelled of mildew, the pool was in disrepair, the smoke detectors were hanging out from the ceiling, towel rods were fallen out of the wall, doorknobs were coming away from the doors, the beach and pool toys were old rusted and gross, and the final straw was we found ants in the kitchen, before we had even used the kitchen. The only positive was that my family and I were lucky enough to find another property to rent at the last minute.

The Greatest Spring Break!!

We stayed in Island Time from April 2nd, 2011 until April 9th 2011. We had a fabulous time! This is the perfect house for a family. There is enough room for one family to spread out or 2 or 3 families to share. We love the gated neighborhood so that our kids could ride their bikes without worrying about too much traffic, and the private beach access. When they say you are steps from the beach, you are truly steps from the beach! The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. You really only need to bring your bathing suit and food! We plan on making this our yearly destination and the owners were wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful house. We truly felt like it was ours for the week!

Best Vacation Ever

We just got back from one of our best vacations ever! We spent the week at Island Time in Santa Rosa Beach. This house has everything you could possibly ask for. We have stayed at many different condos and houses in the area and this was one of the best. The kitchen is fully equipped right down to plenty of dishes, tupperware, dishtowels, and spices. This was great for us since we like to cook in. It was extremely clean and well decorated. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We could see the ocean from the balconies and the pool was an added bonus. It is also nice to be in a gated community. Our teenagers loved it! Brenda was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The only downside to our vacation was having to come home! We highly recommend renting Island Time. We hope to go back again! Thanks Brenda for everything. Janie

We had an amazing stay at Island Time. The house is decorated so cute, a real beachy feel. We have rented many vrbo homes and this was the best stocked, by far. It's so refreshing when you are only staying for a week to not have to buy salt & pepper, oil, sugar, flour, aluminum foil, zip lock baggies, dish washing soap, trash bags.....the list goes on and on, thank you Brenda for not having your cleaning lady throw this stuff away! It may not always be this way but toys were stocked too, beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, boogie boards etc. The house has enough space for everyone to spread out, if they want. We asked for the pool to be heated because we had some chilly days, no problem there and no charge either, again unheard of, thank you Brenda! We also asked to check in early and that was no problem either. Someone looking for a safe area for their family with amazing restaurants within walking distance, this is the place for you! Not to mention the perfect beach and beautiful water, this is the place for you. Thanks again Brenda!!! We'll be back.

Island time 🏝

Overall a great property and enjoyable stay. Just like with any property, I find issues with cleanliness. Lost of dust in light fixtures and under furniture. I know you shouldn’t move furniture, however when you drop something and it goes under couch, you don’t want to find what else is under there 😳. We are already debating a stay next year, so it wasn’t enough to deter a future visit.

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful tome! Brenda was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed for our trip! The house was the perfect size for our family, private pool area was very nice, and the house is located just a short distance from the private neighborhood beach access!

Best location, relaxing stay!

This is the best location for people who wants to be near the beach. The beach is just gorgeous and the house is an awesome set up for us! When the kids wants to have a break from the beach, it was easy for us to walk back to the house and hop at the pool. When they wake up in the morning, they go straight to the pool :) this house is definitely a hit for families! We definitely recommend this property! The house is clean and enjoyable to stay. Also, Whenever I have a question, Brenda is quick to respond. We will be back for sure!

Very close to everything. Beautiful beach area. House very well stocked. Great for family fun. I would definitely stay here again. Most of outside furniture does need replaced.

Be week ever in Santa Rosa

Island Times is the best location that my family has stayed in our 8 years of coming to Santa Rosa Beach. House fit my family like a glove. Everything is on location that you will need. Very easy access to the beach. Well stocked kitchen with things you need to cook with and serve. The property owner Ms. Brenda is very hands on with helping and assisting each guest for a pleasant stay. I had a few questions and she answered very professionally and friendly. We are coming back here again next year. Very, Very nice....

We had an amazing stay

Our family and some friends had a wonderful stay at Island Time! Super close to the beach, can walk to multiple restaurants and a short drive to many more! Owners were easy to work with and communicated well.

Great area

My group of 9 had a great stay! The walk to the beach was very short and not crowded at the beach. We were pleased for the house to be so well stocked, including a high chair and pack n play, also ample trash bags and dishwasher pods, and a good supply of beach toys. There are plenty of restaurants close by! We loved the heated pool since the ocean was a bit cold. We had no issues with the house but communication before arrival with just general questions was answered very promptly. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home steps away to the beach

We enjoyed our trip and couldn't ask for a better location. Home had everything we needed. Only problem was a lot of the light bulbs/lighting were needing replacement or fixing other then the lighting problems inside and outside we would defiently rent again... Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time at Island Time. We had a couple issues with the washing machine and first floor AC, but owner (Brenda) was very responsive and had them addressed quickly. Great location and Sunrise Beach is a nice private beach.

Perfect location for families

Perfect location for families. It was a very short walk to the beach and also within walking distance to great restaurants. It was nice having all the balconies in the house. All of the beds were very comfortable. They do not allow you to pop up tents on the private beach but the garage of the house had umbrellas and lots of beach toys for the kids. I would defiantly recommend staying here! :)

Excellent stay at Island Time

Our family had a great beach vacation in Santa Rosa. The house was perfect for us. Everyone was pleased with the layout and the close proximity to the beach. We love staying in this small gated community. It’s perfect for families with small children, as each home is situated just steps from the boardwalk. Brenda provided us with a list of great restaurants, which we thoroughly enjoyed. She really goes out of her way to take care of her guests at Island Time. Katherine

We had a great family vacation at this property. Its located in a great neighborhood that is convenient to both the beach and shopping/restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.
