This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is situated on a large lot and features a screened-in porch with outdoor seating, fire pit, outdoor shower, two living areas, pacman machine, fenced-in yard, off-street parking, plus much much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities you need. Each of the bedrooms is beautifully appointed with plush bedding, for a restful night's sleep.

Everything was great! Host provided everything we could’ve needed, everything was clean, provided lots of activities for a big group and not to mention the house was relatively close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay here! This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the game room & backyard porch.

Perfect for our quick day trip to the beach, this house was conveniently located equal distances to Carolina and Wrightsville beach. Everything was as advertised and no surprises. Clean and cozy. We will definitely be visiting again. Property manager was responsive and accommodating. 5 stars all the way!

We had an awesome stay in Wilmington. The property is located in a safe residential neighborhood with big driveway and large backyard. You don’t notice much of the neighbors, and all you notice is very nice and friendly. The house was very clean on arrival, it has all appliances you need. Very modern and spacious kitchen. Perfect for all vacation needs. Pans for Pancakes, Pots for Pasta, toaster, freezer… you can basically cook as home. Oven, stove, microwave…. All new and even garbage disposal in the sink, which is unusual in rental properties to my experience. Nice beds, clean sheets and mattresses. Washer and dryer, even detergent available. AC is cold and strong, even upstairs. 91 during our stay and we were comfortable. Master bed has ceiling fan. Would definitely go again. Was sad to leave.Note; the property has camera surveillance, which we were not bothered by, but it may be important to know for some people with privacy concerns. Beach chairs are available (4x). Communication to Host Andy was very good, nice and SUPER FAST, replying within minutes, even late at night and early AM.Publix, Target, shopping within car reach, convenience stores on main road, not a minute by car, 3 min by foot. Clean inside and out on property. 10/10 would recommend. Couples that want space, families with younger kids or anyone who doesn’t like hotels for more than a night, I would recommend this place to. Beaches very pretty and A LOT to choose from within 30mins by car.

I do not like leaving bad reviews but this is the exception. We left after one night. The good thing the sheets were clean and the toilets. There house is run down. There is a lot of dog hair, mold in the corners of the floor through the house, shower tile with no grout and bugs running behind it, all the doornobs are falling off the doors. The patio is filthy, covered in cobwebs and the furniture has seen better days. We have stayed in a lot of vacay rentals and this was so run down. We contacted the owner about issues and got automated messages back with no real response. They send a lengthy message before your stay saying don't complain about certain things we have certain luxurysnin the USA and strict rules. I like the rules I want to come to a great place. After staying I see why they say don't complain about certain things, I believe a lot of the things they want you to deal with are already complaints they have had. Again I don't want to leave bad reviews but I wouldn't want anyone to have our experience.
