A great family vacation

Our 5 person family had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and plenty of room for our party. The views, pools, spa, and kayaks were our favorite!

Great house!

Was exactly as pictured and very well stocked. Stayed here for a work trip with other coworkers and we were all very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and the backyard was a hit.

Beautiful home in fantastic location

The pictures are very accurate, the home was spacious and the fenced in yard allowed are to roam freely with no worries.Location was perfect for eating out at wonderful restaurants, Sarasota and St Petersburg were only 30 minutes away. A bonus was Snead Island great for nature walks 5 minutes away.

Lovely stay

Beautiful home, the host reaches out immediately, we had issues with the hottub and the firepit. But she reaponded immediately. Lovely stay will be staying ahaim annually.

Ocean Pearl Florida Beach Trip

Wonderful Home to Stay At!

Beautiful home, wonderful location and great for our family of 4. The pool was so much fun, able to fish everyday off the dock along with renting a boat with delivery right to the home. Lots of restaurants and a quick drive to all the beaches! Keriann was an amazing host with great communcaiton and helped us final local places to rent boats from. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous property

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at the Ocean Pearl! The house was perfectly clean, tastefully and comfortably decorated, and was well stocked with everything we needed. There are multiple outdoor areas for gathering, and the pool and hot tub were the main attraction for our group! Our host was so helpful and responsive, i highly recommend!

Great place to stay

This house was very nice with many great features. The 4th bedroom is on the ground level by the pool, has its own bathroom and is very private. It was perfect for me to sleep in a little longer than the ones with younger kids. Even when the kids got up earlier and were enjoying the pool, it was very quiet. 30 minutes in any direction you have tons to do and see. Very nice place.

2nd time here

This was our second time staying here. The house as usual was immaculate. Host went above and beyond for us while we were there. They communicate so well and answered any questions we had. House is close to Tampa bay so a great place to bring a boat with you. Already planning a 3rd visit!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We escaped New England for a dose of sunshine at the Ocean Pearl and we throughly enjoyed the property. It was just the two of us but the house and outdoor living areas are situated so that kids, adults have space to stretch out. Likes include two outdoor sitting areas by the dock and pool, screened in porch with dining and two sofa swings (perfect for napping), heated pool/spa, short drive to Bradenton for the farmers market on Saturday and plenty of nightlife options. The icing on the cake was the Palmetto city tennis/pickleball courts within walking distance. Kerriann is an excellent communicator!

Beautiful Property

This is a well appointed property with everything you would need! We appreciated how quiet and peaceful it is to spend a day poolside. One morning we watched a pod of dolphins jump by the water along the house and we quickly went in the water to paddleboard along them. Hosts were very responsive to any minor issues we had.

Pure Bliss

We had an incredible time. Keriann is a fabulous host, very responsive, and the property is absolutely stunning. Everything we needed or could have thought to want, was there. I can not say enough great things about this property and honestly, we can’t wait to go back! Rest and relaxation was on point! We all, from the furries to the family, a grand time was had by all!

WONDERFUL VACATION at Ocean Pearl

We had an amazing stay at the Ocean Pearl!! The house was perfect for our family.....super clean, fully stocked kitchen (although we used the outside grill numerous times for fresh fish)!! The beds are incredibly comfy for a great night rest!! The canal views are gorgeous- we took the kayaks out a few times and loved sitting on the swings on the porch where we sat listening to the fish jump and soaking up the views! The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighbors are so friendly! My in-laws took long walks daily down to Snead Island and the marina. We enjoyed the spa/pool/ fireplace on patio. Keriann is the BEST with communication and giving us suggestions for restaurants, etc (Detweilers was a huge hit for our family)! Overall, an amazing stay with wonderful memories made and we will look forward to returning when we can!!!

Perfect Destination

The property is incredible, immaculate and has everything you need to spend the day at the beach or the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We were just 35 minutes from the siesta key; we did not visit local beaches. Bringing the dogs with us without weight restrictions was a huge plus. Thank you,, Kerian, for being such a fantastic host and providing all the info and help we need.

Special weekend

The property was amazing. Clean, beautiful and very well appointed. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary weekend. We kicked it off with a brunch for friends, had our children and grandchildren over on day two and spent the in between time swinging on the porch swing or lounging by the pool gazing at the beautiful surroundings! Our host was very responsive to questions.

Amazing Stay

The host from the get go had perfect communication. I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnb and vrbo. This was the cleanest I’ve ever been in. House is better than advertised. Plenty of parking. Nice safe neighborhood. Pool and hot tub super warm. Dock is perfect with power and water ready to go. We are already planning a future stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful!

The pictures of the ocean pearl are just as they look in person. The house is amazing with plenty of room for us to all stay while we were there on a lacrosse tournament trip. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily by the kids, and the porch swings, lounge chairs, and firepit were equally enjoyed by the parents. The house is stocked with everything one could possibly need which makes for a less stressful stay. The icing on the cake was the dolphin family showing off their sweet swimming skills in the back inlet. It was truly a magical sight and one that I will never forget, given how close they swam to the dock where we were standing. Fingers crossed that the lax tournament is held at the exact location next year so that we can stay again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Kerianne was very easy to work with! Her house is pretty and the views are wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and spa and also fishing from the dock! Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria aren’t far, which we also enjoyed, as well as some cool local seafood spots!

Family weekend away

My wife and I and two of our kids and their spouses spent a wonderful long weekend to attend a wedding. House is lovely, and close to everything you may need, yet has a nice secluded feel at the end of a cul-de-sac. Pool is the focal point of the house and we took great advantage of it. Wonderful open floor plan and modern kitchen. Thanks for letting us be your guests. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.
