Welcome to your modern Eagle escape, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom home tucked into a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Eagle’s restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, and Saturday Market. This is one of the rare Treasure Valley stays where you can leave the car parked, stroll into town for dinner, and wander home under the stars.

Unwind outside. The fully refreshed backyard is the heart of this home. Slip into the brand-new private hot tub, gather around the firepit as the sun drops behind the foothills, and pick fresh herbs, tomatoes, and peppers straight from the backyard salsa garden, the kind of touch that turns a vacation rental into a real Idaho experience.

Settle in inside. The fully stocked, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a custom kitchen island that seats eight, perfect for shared meals, board games, or a glass of Sunnyslope wine after a day exploring the valley. Three bedrooms sleep up to six comfortably: a King in the primary suite, and two Queens for family or friends. Two smart TVs are ready for your streaming logins, the Wi-Fi is fast enough for video calls and remote work, and a dedicated workspace gives you room to spread out.

Worked out well for our stay with short notice on our part!

The house was a little smaller than we imagined, but it worked out well for a short stay in Boise to attend a basketball tournament. It was a little far from the game venue, but it was worth it to stay in Eagle, which has great restaurants nearby and great neighborhoods.

We travel a lot for competitions and stay in a lot of different places. This house was perfect for us. We’ve stayed in bigger and we’ve stayed in prettier but this house might the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, fully equipped and we could tell it was important to the owner that it was well maintained.

Cute house in Eagle

Very clean, remodeled and cute house close to downtown Eagle. The host was easy and communicative. Would be great if there were curtains on the bedroom windows since it stays light so late. Would stay here again.
