Overall a fantastic experience! Dock handled my 42' boat no problem & plenty of depth. Only issue is there was no fresh water but that's understandable in the Abacos. Kitchen was well appointed and the house was extremely comfortable. The view was amazing! Looking forward to staying there again!

Nowhere house is everything you need and more! The view is picture perfect and the house has all that you need to be comfortable. If you’re thinking about staying here… do it

Great Experience

Everything was as advertised and the owner was really easy to work with and helpful. The house is in good shape and somewhere we will definitely stay again.

Quick fishing trip over New Years

Property was great … stunning location and view…. Beautiful house with all new amenities and very comfortable with great taste well appointed. Owner was very communicative and a pleasure to work with.. look forward to next visit to this amazing property!

We loved Nowhere Cottage. The pictures really don’t do the house or the property justice. The house was beautiful and comfortable. There were so many places to hang out both inside and out. We loved hanging around the pool, grilling, and relaxing on the comfy sofas or putting together puzzles. Melonie helped arrange transport to and from the home for check in and departure. The kitchen was well-stocked including Yeti tumblers for keeping drinks cold, a rice cooker, and a variety of pots, pans, and dishes. We rented a boat from Dive Guana which was easy to reach via our rented golf carts. Each day we explored the neighboring islands. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had such an amazing time staying at this house in the Abacos! The place was even better than we expected. Super clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The dock was a huge highlight for us, perfect for hanging out by the water or heading out on the boat. The whole setup just made our trip so easy and enjoyable.Our host was awesome—super helpful and accommodating, always quick to respond and make sure everything was going smoothly.We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Bahamas!

Lovely Property

This house was was one of our favorites we have staying in within the Abacos. While it was a bit of a ride from central Guana (we did not mind this much) the house was very clean, new, well equipped and has an awesome sunset view. The dock was nice and new just prepare for some stairs to get down. Outdoor shower is always a plus!

Guana Heaven

The house is fantastic, very comfortable and well appointed. We really enjoyed the new pool and Cabana. The dock is great BUT you really have to get a slip at Orchid Bay - we came with our 41 Conch and it got pretty beat up at the house dock, the wind seems to always blow in the direction of the house. Marina is pretty close and very reasonable, just know you should make reservations in case the weather does not cooperate.

Beautiful spot and very clean house!

We had a family vacation at the house with a boat. Great sandy beach down the street! Nice to have a deep water dock to pullup to! House well stocked with kitchen items! AC & Water great! Power stable. Yes I would rent the house again!

Thrilled to hear you had a great time! Power can be an issue on the islands, but with grid, solar and batteries we’ve tried to make power something you don’t have to worry while enjoying the house.

Peaceful Paradise

Gorgeous property well appointed Owners have thought of everything Fridge and cupboards have basics for cooking which is helpful as there are no stores handy. The sunrise and sunset views are stunning and relaxing on the multiple decks overlooking the water is amazing. Owner and property manager are super responsive to any needs or inquiries.

Fabulous Stay!

Can't say enough great things about this property and everybody associated with it. Communication before, during, and after was wonderful. Then there is the home which is amazing and everything I could have hoped for. The layout is so well thought out and they have stocked the house with all you could ever need. The view from the moment I walked in took my breath away and gave me such a feeling of peace. Definitely a place in paradise and I can't wait to go back. Thank you!!!

Amazing home, but don’t take your boat there

First I want to say the house is gorgeous. The view is second to none and the location is secluded and quiet. I booked this house specifically because it had a 100’ deep water dock that I assumed was ready for a 43’ fishing center console. Once we arrived we were told we couldn’t use the water at the dock… and the condition of the bumpers on the dock caused us to take pretty substantial damage during a little squall that passed through. I’d 100% rent the house again, but make sure you get a slip at orchid bay.
