Custom built dining table that seats 8. A dreamy outdoor patio and a movie room that brings the cinema and snacks to you! Perfect for families, or a couple, with plenty of space to spread out, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. Linens provided, work area included, movie theatre and game room. Just minutes from fine dining or shopping. This home combines the convenience of a private home with proximity to I-485, Ballantyne, SouthPark, Mathews, Fort Mill and SC.

Great for kids!!

We loved the house and the yard. My son’s family from Boston had a great time in the big backyard. Location was great, too.

Little touches mean a lot

An extremely clean and well appointed home. It was so nice to have some little extras like Luxury hand soap, packets for the dishwasher and washing machine, and even an extra roll of toilet paper. Sounds simple, but having to run to the store for one of those things Would have put a kink in our relaxing weekend. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely come back.

Perfect for a work retreat

The location was convenient to plenty of attractions and restaurants. The home is beautiful with plenty of room and well kept/very clean. We were here for a small work retreat and the home allowed for plenty of privacy while still allowing us to come together to work as a group. I appreciated the wonderful and prompt communication with the host. I highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit anywhere near this area.

Great stay

We had a wonderful visit to Charlotte and this house made the trip even better. The house is spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our group of friends. We especially appreciated William who was so responsive and helpful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back sometime.

Stay during basketball tournament in Rock Hill

This place was amazing, and all pictures in listing are exactly what you see when you walk into the home. Our family was in the area for a basketball tournament for our son, and we could not have picked a better property! All were able to have their own rooms, and the home was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. One thing I look for in homes is the cleanliness, and this definitely gets 5 stars! The location was perfect and in a great area that was close to restaurants, grocery stores and all that we needed for the time we were there. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be booking again. 😊

Welcome home!

This is a BEAUTY! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the host, this home is definitely home! I traveled with a group of 9 ladies this home was extremely spacious, filled with amenities, clean and just overall welcoming. We had lots of plans however we decided to cancel some just to enjoy the house. They have games readily available, you couldn’t possibly be disappointed. It was just nice wish we could’ve stayed longer, however as a group we will book this particular home again as we all fell in love with it.

Family Girls Weekend

My family ( mothers and daughters) had a great time at this property. We gather in a different location yearly to fellowship and catch up with each other. It was clean and the area was quiet. Not far from South Park mall and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for families.

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was clean and an upscale neighborhood. It was about 30 mins from the city and 25 mins from South Park mall. I would stay here again.

Definitely GO!!!

This home exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room for the 12 of us without tripping over each other. The game room upstairs was perfect for the kids (and adults). Beautiful home and area. Our host William was wonderful and accommodating. Will definitely go back. Highest ratings!!!!
