Off of this room is the exercise room with a stair climber, rogue air bike, and more. As you walk through the arched entry into the kitchen you will find a dining room table seating 8, a breakfast nook that seats 6, a wood-burning fireplace, and perfect views as you cook up your favorite meal. This gourmet kitchen has a 6-burner range, two dishwashers, two sinks, reverse osmosis filtered water, a large center island, a wine rack, and a TV. From here, you walk out onto the lakeside balcony that runs the entire length of the house and features a cabana, fireplace, BBQ grill, wine fridge, and plenty of seating areas. Next to the kitchen is a half bath. On the North wing of the main floor, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed and a full bath while the other features a queen bed with a full bath. The South wing of the main floor features a queen bedroom with a full bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Attached to this bedroom with its own private entrance is another bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. In the hallway, you will find the laundry room and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The last bedroom on the main floor is the master king bedroom with a four-poster bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in closet, a walk-out balcony with furniture, and a master bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in rain shower.
