Great location and beautiful home! Within walking and especially biking distance to so many great places around Bentonville. Great home and this was the perfect place for our family of five.

We appreciated the immediacy of the communications with the management company. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. They also touched base with us to see if we needed anything after we settled in. The interior of the unit was spot on and very well designed. We were all very comfortable there. Good amenities, and everything worked. The location in the city was pretty good with easy access to downtown by car or bike, but we may have preferred a more walkable location to the downtown, museum, and concert venue. We could get to the venues on-foot distance-wise, but it was tricky in places with no sidewalks, no shoulder, and big ditches on either side of the road. The neighborhood is fair. Safe, but some neighboring properties are a little dog-eared. The yard of the house also needed some attention with mowing and landscaping, and it would benefit from the addition of a privacy fence behind it. Overall, this group of travelers came away feeling very pleased with our stay, and the accommodations added to our delightful visit to Bentonville.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are glad the communication, the easy check in and check out, and the design of the interior all worked well for your group. Your note about the yard is fair. We had a stretch of rain that made it hard to stay caught up on the mowing and landscaping, and that has since been worked out. On the walk downtown, the point about sidewalks is a fair one. The streets in this pocket do not have them and the shoulders are narrow, so walking is doable but not ideal, and most guests bike or drive the short distance to the museum and concert venue. The home sits in a quiet residential area just outside the center of town, which is what gives it the space and the driveway. We appreciate you laying all of this out so clearly, and we would love to host your group again in Bentonville.

Went for a long Christmas weekend! The house was adorable, accommodations were great! Super close to downtown. The only negative I could say was I wish it would have been decorated more festive for the holiday! Otherwise everything was excellent!

We stayed at this lovely home for Thanksgiving. It was very updated, comfortable and had plenty of bedrooms and bathroom space for our family. The open concept layout felt welcoming and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and accommodated a festive meal. The location was close to town and the Momentary. The trails were very accessible. Overall, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped and very clean. Location was convenient. Propane tank for fire pit was empty when we arrived but property management arrived within the hour and changed out the tank which was much appreciated. Fire pit was great at night and we even enjoyed it with our morning coffee. Will definitely be return guest.

Had a conference in town. So much cheaper to stay here than to have 4 hotel rooms. The house was very accommodating. The back porch and fire pit area was a great place to sit at night. This is one of the nicer units I’ve stayed in.

Girlfriend trip to Crystal Bridges

The home was well equipped, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Loved that it was close to Crystal Bridges, downtown, and so many restaurant choices.

Weekend Stay

Property was well appointed. Each room was decorated nicely and had a fun theme! All supplies were available for our stay. Neighborhood was quiet.

Graduation

The inside of the home is very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms are very nice.

Wonderful experience

Very beautiful house in the heart of Bentonville! The house was well decorated with modern appliances and decor. Well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The communication with the owners was fantastic! They addressed any questions or concerns fast and were very polite. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this location!

Very Nice Experience

Our stay was great and we would highly recommend this property for families or multiple couples. Location was close to all of the downtown restaurants and activities and was well-appointed with basic items like coffee, glassware, etc. We brought our dog and the house and yard were great for pets. Our only recommendation would be to mow the back yard a little more frequently since we have a small dog and the grass was a little high. However, we will stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville.

Nice location, once you’re at the house, no car needed

Nice place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. Kitchen was great, gas stoves at these VRBOs are rare, it was a welcome sight. House was great, the rooms had super themed and next time we go to Bentonville I’ll see if it’s available. The backyard was really a nice area. All in all a great place for a break from home, all the while feeling at home. As the title indicates, I didn’t move my truck once I parked it. Downtown and the trails were all within riding distance on safe roads. Enjoy your stay. We did.
