• Our beautiful home offers you a relaxing peaceful vacation with an incredible view from the 3rd floor!
• Expansive floor to ceiling windows providing you an immense view of the serene expansive Gulf of Mexico and its mesmerizing waves.
• Enjoy cocktails on the balcony, put together a puzzle or play a game at the kitchen table, walk the white sandy beaches or let the kids play in their room while you nap.
• Schlitterbahn Water Park is adjacent (see office for discount tickets) and lots of wonderful local restaurants, an abundance of shopping, horseback riding, turtle farm, bike, and beach buggy or wave runner rentals are located nearby.

Perfect spot

Much needed getaway

The place was great with a very well stocked kitchen and extras throughout, like beach chairs, cooking spices, and soap and shampoo. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

Great Family Trip

Terry is an amazing host with great communication. The condo is setup well with everything needed. Sea Vista is the best location wise. It’s close to but separate from all the other condos so it is relaxing. The complex is quiet and offers great amenities. Terry, thank you for sharing your home with us, made for another great family vacation!

Great Spot!

Amazing view of the beach! Heated pool and hot tub were a welcomed spot to retreated on a couple of days that it was windy at the beach. Perfect for our group of 8!

Our ocean view vacation home!

We have a great vacation there at sea vista, a great unit excellent Ocean view we been same unit twice for vacation and we enjoyed the place. The employees are always very nice, pool is always clean. We will be there again next year.

We loved the location and the condo!

Nice updated condo and the owner was so kind. All I ask is can you purchase a basic coffee pot? LOL. Excellent view and comfy beds!

Would Recommend

Such a nice, comfortable place to stay, in a great location! Short walk to the beach and next to the large water park that we really enjoyed. Great restaurants are just a short drive. The owner, Terry, responds quickly and went out of her way to accommodate a request that we had. SPI never disappoints!!!

Cleanly and great view. Would’ve been helpful to know that laundry and other cleaning were not available as well as bathroom toiletries. Otherwise no other negatives.

Spectacular ocean view

The stay was amazing. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean through the huge windows in the living room that also continued to the master bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems or concerns. Thank you so much for opening up your home!

Absolutely loved this condo!

We loved this condo! We have stayed at many condos and this one is by far the best! The beds are super comfy and I was so surprised that the kitchen was stocked w everything you need including two coffee pots (one regular and one Keurig) and a crock pot! We had such a wonderful time! If I ever return to south padre we will stay here!

Great spot.

This place was great. Rooms were large! It looks exactly like the pictures. They also had an umbrella and a couple of chairs to use. There was a ton of kids stuff for the beach as well. Great stay with an amazing view. Check-in and out process was very easy.

Great Location on SPI

We stayed here over the 4th of July. SPI was extremely crowded, but this condo is not on the main drag, so we could move about the immediate area easily. It is very close to the beach and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The owner is very nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect place for my family

We had a great time the condo was clean and the perfect size for us with 4 adults 3 teens and 1 child plenty of roon beautiful beach front view!! The building staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back next year!!! Thank you Terry for your assistance.

Long weekend

So glad we tried a new condo. Its a quiet part of the island being literally the last place to stay on south side. 3 bedroom provided plenty of room for our party of 8. Kitchen was well stocked with items that we needed to cook all of our meals here. Beautiful views of beach from floor to ceiling windows.

This turned out to be an amazing stay for my family! Location, cleanliness, décor, beach access, etc. To think I never would have found it if not for an atrocious experience at Isla Grand. So thankful the owner accommodated us on short notice, transforming our forgettable experience into quite a memorable one! Cheers

Great Condo

This condo was great. Very clean & well stocked. Wicker furniture in living room & dining area was not as comfortable as I prefer, kinda crowded, but it is right on the beach. Beautiful views from the master bedroom & the main living area. Had a problems with the elevator in the building, not working, a couple of times. Thank goodness we were on the 3rd floor. Right next door to Schliterbahn & very near to wonderful restaurants, Walmart, HEB & other shopping. Would go back in a heart beat!!!! Thanks so much for the rental of this unit. As I said before, IT WAS GREAT!!!!

Adult Spring Break

Excellent location, easy walk down to the pool or sandy beach. Closest building to the southern point of the island where you can take a stroll down the beach to see turtles and fish. Beach equipment provided (minus towels). Short drive to the main drag for food and shopping.
