Beautiful, brand new condo located in the heart of South Boston. Steps away from the best restaurants, bars and nightlife Southie has to offer. Very close to Seaport and downtown. Boston Convention Center is 0.9 miles away. This third floor unit includes a private parking garage and large roof deck that has amazing views of the city and Boston harbor. The very popular Carson (M street) beach is a short walk down the hill, perfect for the summer time. Thomas Park also has some of the best skyline views the city has to offer.

Amazing property!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this perfect VRBO for 3 days. The unit is exactly as it is displayed in the photo’s but it is so much more. Everything you need is on site and the garage and roof top space are wonderful additions. The hosts are wonderful at communicating and are prompt in responding, day or night. There is a little corner store just a few steps away in case you need cheese and crackers or a sweet treat. We spent a lot of time in Boston site seeing and it was easy to access at the areas we wanted to visit. It is very close to the beach and you can walk the beach or go to Sullivan’s for some fried seafood or an ice cream. I could go on and on but I hope I have painted a picture of how wonderful this space is and the professionalism of the hosts.

Southie gem

Excellent fast response from owners. Garage was so helpful. Rooftop was beautiful. Location was close / walkable to a lively area. Close to beach/park. Large washer dryer was a bonus. Little market steps away for any small items. Very clean. Nice shower. Provided amenities. Would definitely stay again. 10/10.

Cute 2 Bedroom in Southie

This place had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive. Great area in South Boston. It was about a 15 minute walk to the red line.

Southie Trip

This is a great property and the host has everything you could possibly need stocked in the unit. Just two blocks off the beach in a great neighborhood. The rooftop lounge was great for catching some sun in the day or enjoying the beautiful evenings. Walking distance to some great restaurants and corner markets. Highly recommend this unit if your headed to Southie.

Girls weekend

Perfect accommodations for 8 family members. Apartment and rooftop deck were ideal. It was nice to have two inside parking spots, but they are for smaller vehicles. Tight for our 4Runner and RAV4, however, we made it works.

Cozy, quiet, clean

A quiet, walkable, safe neighborhood. The apartment is clean and well equipped- especially the kitchen! There were not enough wash cloths, but after contacting the owner we were accommodated in a timely manner. Communication with the owner was seamless quick. Perfect for my family. Would stay here again.

This property was perfect! Not only these the apartment beautiful and perfectly sized, the owners were so accommodating and communicated so well with us. We could not have asked for a better stay! Great weekend!!!

Place is super clean exactly like the pics. Everything was easy to find and everyone was comfortable sleeping (even on the pull out pad). Area is super close to a bunch a restaurants and walkable places. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Boston.

Heart of Southie! St. Pattys day parade

What an amazing place to take in the parade in Southy! Right off the parade route! Parking and peace of mind! Amazing to have a home base with so much to offer! Clean and open with a rooftop deck to enjoy the festivities! Our family absolutely loved this weekend! Hosts were amazing and helpful along the way- the whole stay was seamless. Nice spot!

This place is a gem if you want to be in the Southie area, especially with the attached parking garage. Communication was prompt and the place was comfortable and modern. It was in walking distance to plenty and had a cool rooftop area to relax.

Home away from home

In the center of it all! Accommodations were impeccable. Everything was bright, clean and modern. The garage was key as we did not have to worry about finding street parking. It was great being able to walk to the restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the city. Great hosts, great location!

Roof deck views

My wife and and I just visited South Boston and we’re so happy we stayed at the Heart of Southie. The beach is a 1 minute walk down the hill and our favorite part was the roof deck. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing location!

We loved this place! My husband and I visited with our 2 kids and had an amazing time. It was on a quiet street right near a beautiful public park. So close to all the restaurants and bars in South Boston. And Peter was super helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

Known by locals simply as Southie, South Boston is a large neighborhood located just outside of downtown and borders the Seaport. This former blue-collar neighborhood has rapidly grown into the most sought after neighborhood for adults in their 20s and 30s due to the extremely popular restaurants, bars and nightlife. South Boston has a lot more to offer than just that. Castle Island anchors a 3 mile stretch of South Boston beaches and is perfect for a lazy day on the beach or a scenic walk overlooking the Boston Harbor Islands. You’ll never get sick of the views from atop Thomas Park (located 100 yards from unit). This former revolutionary war monument sits high above the neighborhood and offers incredible views of the sunset and 4th of July fireworks.
