Overall was a good place for the price (300 x3 nights). Hosts were easy to message and work with. The place was overall clean just a few issues and some water damage in the bathroom. But was fully stocked with essentials and the communal washer and dryer was a nice surprise. Really nice people and surprisingly really private.

Great place

It was such a great stay. A really cozy place to stay. I had such a easy move in and owners of the property were great as well. They had great communication and were very accommodating.

The house was perfect for our short trip in Denton. Close to Denton Square, which we loved. A lot of convenient places to eat. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and cute as all heck. We will definitely come back!

The place was cozy and lovely and so “Van Gogh.” The fascinating book about Van Gogh on the coffee table was a great touch ! I am handicapped and it was so usable for me . Next time I go to Denton I know where I’ll be staying !

Awesome option for travelers and locals alike! We had a few days between one lease and the next and preferred a more private location due to traveling with a young child. The location was perfectly priced, super clean, and so convenient! Someone clearly put a lot of time and attention into detail! Would recommend again!

We really enjoyed our time in Denton at this location. The apartment space was very nicely decorated in a quiet neighborhood. The drive downtown was super easy. Hosts were responsive and the check out process was super easy. We definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful stay!

I was really looking for a nice quiet respite, turned out to be just what I was looking for🤗 One note- the right kitchen sink drained very slow & disposal didn’t work. Overall everything was wonderful.

The room was totally neglected with dirty sheets on the bed from a former occupant. Long hair between the sheets set the tone, shower curtain liner was gross, sink disposal drain had horrible odor. We were devastated!

Aesthetically Pleasing

Nice place to stay. Ita was a wonderful host. The Vincent Van Gogh them was absolutely icing on the cake. The daily and nightly train passage reminded me of the scene from My Cousin Vinny LOL. Very pleasant stay.
