This lovely property is the second level of one of the many beautiful homes that line the streets of Historic Downtown Savannah.This spot is located in Historic Downtown Savannah and is within walking distances of many restaruants that are favorites of local Savannahians, such as Zunzi's, The Old Pink House, Seventeen Hundred Ninety, and Wright Square Bistro. Locally-owned shops are also within walking distance, and there is no shortage of shopping opportunities on Broughton Street, which is just 2 blocks away. A stay here is a perfect way to get to see what living in Savannah is all about and why it's such a special place to live and visit.

This was almost perfect for what we needed. Beware there is no laundry. And the bathroom is very small. But otherwise, very comfortable. We have no complaints.

Very beautiful and clean. Great location can walk everywhere! The parking pass was a great thing to have so not to have to worry about where to park.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Adorable apartment in a great walkable location. As others mentioned, the bathroom is very small and has an awkward layout. The rental description should include that it could be difficult for a tall or large person to use the restroom. Some creative shelving would also be helpful in the bathroom since there is nowhere to place toiletries. This location is centrally located which is great for walking everywhere. However, there was quite a bit of traffic/pedestrian noise. Lastly, the rental description should include that the unit is air conditioned with 2 loud portable standing a/c units that run continuously to keep air cool.

this was an excellent centrally located residence close to shopping attractions and dining. Very walkable entrances steps and bathroom has steps in narrow toilet corridor otherwise excellent.

While the location was convenient, the noise was terrible- old windows with gaps/no sound insulation. The bathroom was so narrow, your knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet and the sink was tiny, with no counter space. One of the vents on the floor outside the bathroom was warped and a bad tripping hazard.

Very helpful host and very convenient location for downtown Savannah. We were able to walk to all shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean and had extra blankets and bedding if needed. I would stay here again in the future.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The street noise was our biggest complaint as the sound travels through the walls and windows very easily. The bathroom is a funky layout but the water pressure was great. Location is unbeatable and the host was very responsive
