Thank you for staying at Seawind 702. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address the issues you described: non-working outlets, cleanliness upon arrival, flickering lights, loose door knobs (including the balcony), disorganized remotes and missing batteries, lack of blankets for the sleeper sofa(s) and issues with the extra-room sleep sofa, and the garbage disposal not working. Those are things we should have caught and we’ll prioritize repairs, replacements, and a housekeeping review. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the futon, curtain rod, and bathroom drains.
