The loft was pleasant and comfortable, and Janet was very communicative and responsive. The property is in the cute downtown area, and there are several unique restaurants within a block or two. We would stay here again if we were in the area!

This was a great stay. The bed was comfortable and had clear communication from the host. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was consistent with the listing.

This is a lovely property, which we were sad to leave after 12 nights. The bed and other furnishings are above average and comfortable. And we enjoyed the colorful artwork on the walls. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen for many meals, but also enjoyed the variety of restaurants nearby. The area is very walkable.The only cautionary mention would be if you are not up to going up and down steps. As the property description noted, there is no elevator. Otherwise, we give this loft our unqualified recommendation.

Was a wonderful stay. The loft is absolutely adorable, very clean and very peaceful. Just walk downstairs to several very cute restaurants. The host is wonderful and very nice to deal with. If you are heading to Jonesboro, I strongly suggest a stay.

Janet was superb! She has the perfect location and loft retreat with everything from extra beds/blow up mattress, W/D, very comfy king size mattress, WiFi, excellent TV selections, quick to answer any questions, and an overall dear soul! Will be staying again in the future.

Great location and great place

This place made for the perfect long term stay. The location is right in the main downtown area with lots of eating options right below and walking distance. The place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would highly recommend.

Much better than a Hotel

Wonderful condo in downtown Jonesboro, just across the street from Omar’s restaurant. Nicely appointed, comfortable bed and convenient location. Owner was attentive and accommodating!

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for our stay in Jonesboro. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the location since it’s within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place

Very clean place in a very great location. Just a walk to some great places to eat as well as live entertainment. Definitely would stay here again! Customer service was very friendly and answered my questions very quickly.

Perfect location. Excellent host

Nice quiet property located in downtown Jonesboro. Easy access to all restaurants. Clean unit with comfortable bed and all the necessities. Also enjoyed the private parking space.

Great place to stay in Jonesboro

This is a lovely loft apartment in downtown Jonesboro. It is in an historic part of town with interesting shops and great restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet at night. The apartment is clean and the kitchen well-stocked with dishes and equipment. We definitely would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Downtown Jonesboro

It was exactly what we were hoping for. We were there for a class reunion. We loved the nostalgia of staying in the middle of downtown. It brought back many memories of our childhood!
