The Madison

The Madison is just two blocks from downtown Frederick's foodie and cultural scene. This Neo-colonial two bedroom rowhouse was built c. 1860 and reflects the flirty combination of new and old that is the trademark of downtown Frederick. The carefully curated main living space is open and memorably stylish. The kitchen is a chef's dream with tons of light and brand new appliances. Each bedroom was custom designed features top of the line mattresses and down pillows, and each boasting an en suite bath. The spacious backyard has a fire pit and patio seating.

We had a great stay! Good sleep, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything and parking right outside the front door. We had the opportunity to see other rentals that family and friends had, and for various reasons, this house was by far, the best! If you’re staying on Market St, you’ll have sirens and commotion all night long. The Madison was an excellent stay!

The host was very welcoming and even allowed for an early check in, which we all appreciated. Everything was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen even had some pantry staples, which was a nice touch.

We traveled to Frederick for my grandsons’ graduation. My son and his family reside in Frederick, but unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate all of us. This was my first experience booking a property of this nature. To my delight, the property exceeded my expectations and was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. It exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The thoughtful s’mores kit was a delightful surprise for my 11 yr old grandson and added a special touch to our stay. The property was spotless and provided all the amenities we needed. The convenient location made it easy to walk to my son’s home, as well as to explore the nearby restaurants that we indulged in, and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have decided to make it a recurring experience next year.

Our stay at The Madison was lovely. The home is charming and fully equipped to handle a anything from a one night stay to an extended getaway. Nearly everything to downtown Frederick is walkable and we enjoyed a few days of great weather to do just so. Check in was extremely easy and the host was quick with response time fielding any questions we had. We loved both rooms with ensuite bathrooms and the comfort of the living room to unwind after a long day. I recommend you pay attention to the on street parking street sweeping times as you WILL get a ticket if you don't take note of them like we did :) I would definitely recommend The Madison to anyone visiting!

Amazing place.

Everything about it was great. Location perfect for Frederick. Can walk to restaurants and shops if you want...it's that close. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

This property ended up being 30 min away from where our sports tournament was. However, it was amazing and we are so glad we booked it. Super clean and the location was awesome. Such a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. And the property manager was amazing to work with.
