Charming new (May 2023) apt near the Vatican with view over S. Peter church, 6h floor, elevator, consisting of two large bedrooms with balcony: one with a double and a single bed and one with a double bed and a double pull out sofabed, one signle bedroom, two large bathrooms both with shower cabin, living room with kitchenette, equipped with all accessories for cooking, dining table, cable TV, two sofas, AC, washer, USB sockets, blueetooth speakers to listen music in the bathrooms, LED lights, 5 min walking to S. Peter square and to Rome S. Pietro Station.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Check-in time 3 - 7:30 pm.
Late check-in: € 40
Check-in on Sunday or Holiday: € 40.
Check-out time: 10:00 am
If we don't have any departure the same day of Your arrival, we allow free early check-in from 10 am.
If we don't have any arrival the same day of Your departure, we allow late check-out till noon.

- Please sort trash and recycling and take them to the countainers in the street in front of the building.

DAILY CLEANING SERVICE AVAILABLE ON DEMAND
If You order a cleaning service during Your stay, the cleaning agency usually sends 2-3 cleaners in the late morning, because they first clean the apartments with check in the same day. To clean this apartment costs €90. If You wish also a change of linens and towels, it costs € 10 per person, a change of the cover of duvet (Winter time) or cover of bed (Summer time) costs €6 per person.
We provide one set of towels per person. If You want some more, each extra set costs €5, plus €10 for delivery if You don't order it before Your arrival. This service is payable to the cleaners directly.

Amazing apartment near the Vatican. We had a view of the dome from our balcony and it was lovely at night. Very convenient location near many restaurants and grocery stores. Very easy to walk everywhere.

Our Rome visit was wonderful - this apartment was perfect for our group of 7. Nice location with lots of restaurants , cafes , and more in walking distance. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. They had all the amenities - bathroom paper , soap etc . … including espresso bottled water oh and even a bottle of red wine ! We appreciate all the special touches. Thank you. Warmly, Gina

Host was great. Only thing that was lit great was the AC. It didn’t get cool enough and both my friend and I were not able to sleep comfortably.

Wonderful experience! Allan was very helpful and when we had an issue with an automatic shade he was there within an hour! Great stay, perfect location for us with a very convenient grocery up the street and many food choices within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Kitchen was well stocked. Fairly short walk to all areas of interest. Quiet! Our two families of 7 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, so close to the train station, bus stop, restaurants, grocery store and the Vatican. The USB wall outlets were so convenient and the fast elevator, lockbox, washer and fast WIFI a huge plus. The host was helpful and provided a bottle of wine and a large bottle of water and arranged transportation to the airport.

I am very picky about where I stay and this apartment exceeded my expectations, it was clean extremely convenient location to most of the tourist spots, steps from the Vatican and St. Peter's. It was also close to major bus stops. We didn't have any issues with outside noise and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly the air conditioning is fabulous, as an American who travels to Europe slot it is very rare to get such good a/c. So if you go to Rome stay here as you will be able to escape the heat!!!

This apartment was just as advertised. Clean well, but great location. Lots of really good restaurants within walking distance. Handy bus stops. But the best part were the people and how responsive and friendly they were. Maurizio and Allan bent over backwards to make our stay special. Would give this place 10 stars if we could!

This was truly a great location and apartment. A perfect start to our family Italy vacation. Easy to navigate to all the great locations around Rome. The rooms and space was great. Clean and very open feeling.

7 min Walk to the Vatican. Restaurants within 3 min. Grocery store 5 min. Beautiful view of the basilica from the balcony. Easy to get everywhere from here. We walked for the entire week except the airport and train station.Great communication with the team while there.

Allan is the best host. Arranged all of our transfers from airport to the flat for our family of 5 and again for my in-laws who arrived delayed 2 days later. He then coordinated our ride to and from the port for our cruise with our driver taking us to the Vatican and waiting while we toured and then taking us to our rental car. The home is clean and located perfectly. Steps from St Peter’s and a taxi cab stand. Great cafes around. Would come back 100%
