This is a great, clean property. I noticed the fresh clean smell when I walked in. The host was very communicative. Kitchen was nice. The steps in the front were a little steep but that is to be expected with and older home. Parking was fine to. I have no complaints about this home.

Comfortable and clean. The neighborhood felt safe with easy parking and accessible to all DC sites. Beds were comfy and kitchen/bathrooms were spotless with everything one might need, including plenty of towels. It was great having three bathrooms. There were a lot of stairs so this wouldn’t be the place for anyone with mobility issues.

This quiet home had plenty of space and was well stocked for our group of 5 to rest and eat in comfort while in the area to celebrate graduation at a DC university. A glitch in the cleaning process (fault of previous guest) was quickly addressed and resolved. Steve was proactive, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting DC!

Nice VA stay!

My family and I came to VA for a family wedding, and needed a cozy spot for all 5 of us. This spot was perfect, the adults were all hpstairs and our adult kids were able to have their own space downstairs, TV and all. The house was very clean, then snacks and water were perfect (our plane was delayed) for our late arrival. The owner was fantastic in working with me and VRBO to add a night. Would definately book again if we find ourselves in VA again!

Steve’s house was a fantastic find for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Common areas were great, and the kitchen is equipped with every dish and utensil imaginable. The location is perfect for anyone on a DC visit— easy access to downtown and everything the city offers. Our only regret was that our stay was too short! Hopefully we’ll rectify that on our next visit. Five stars.

I'm a Marine veteran calling Washington DC home. This family home is where we had the distinct joy to raise our kids in this very cul-de-sac.
We are making our home available for other families looking to enjoy our nations capital while staying in a sensible home while away from home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Picture a serene cul-de-sac tucked away in a suburban haven, embraced by a canopy of trees that sway gently in the breeze. The houses, each with its unique charm, exude a welcoming aura, adorned with well-tended gardens bursting with colors—a testament to the care and love of their inhabitants.

What I cherish most about this idyllic neighborhood is the palpable sense of camaraderie and connection. It’s in the smiles exchanged during impromptu gatherings, the willingness to lend a helping hand, and the genuine interest in each other's lives.

And amidst this peaceful tableau, the bonds of this tight-knit community remain steadfast, nurturing the essence of what makes a quiet, family-oriented cul-de-sac a cherished haven for those who call it home.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Ultimately, what makes my property stand out is the intangible—the feeling of home it evokes, the memories waiting to be made within its walls, and the endless possibilities it offers for those seeking not just a house but a place to weave their own narrative of comfort and belonging.

What truly distinguishes my property is its versatility. It’s not just a home; it’s a canvas waiting for new adventures. Whether it’s hosting intimate gatherings, resting after a day in the city, or celebrating life accomplishments, it's the place that is spacious to host everyone while giving everyone enough private space to get ready, change, and have bathroom privacy.
