This newly updated home is ready to enjoy your party filled adventures. It's just .5 miles to AT&T Stadium straight down our street and to surrounding entertainment district. It's super clean, has 3 giant smart TVs, professional shuffleboard table, sound bars for music streaming, two AC units to keep things cool, with a funky rock and roll vibe and plenty of room to get the party rolling.

This property was so very clean and nice. Someone there has a great appreciation of music...which we enjoyed all the art and various articles etc that were avaliable, coming from Austin where there is music on every corner, it was a nice treat. Close vicinity to Everything Both stadiums, nightlife and Six flags. Thnk you

20 out of 10! By far the BEST we have ever stayed at, clean, cute, comfy, and all the amenities. Everything was thought of which coming from states away is so appreciated. If we ever come back to the area we would stay here again.

Great house close to AT&T Stadium

The property owner was excellent to work with and helpful with all our needs. The house was super clean and all linens and towels were spotless. Short walk to the stadium and easily accessible for ride sharing services.

Great Stay - As Advertised

My wife and I needed a rental home in this area for a night because we were coming in from out of state to pick up a puppy. This house was perfectly suited for our needs. It had a great (and secure) fenced-in back yard. The house was immaculate and everything seemed brand new. It was a large home and had plenty of place to spread out and relax. It was convenient to several local grocery stores and restaurants. I saw AT&T Stadium when I was driving about, and it is extremely close to this property (it'd be a great stay for someone attending a sporting event there). I highly recommend this rental for anyone needing to stay in this vicinity.

What a Charming Grass house!

We absolutely loved the Grasshouse! It was a perfect oasis and so beautifully decorated. The hosts were generous and communicative and the whole process was really smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot to stay, extra highlight is that it is walking distance from the stadium!

Stadium Tour 2025

We came to town to enjoy baseball at Globe Life. We have been going to different stadiums each year to watch our Dodgers. It was the first time we used a VRBO, and it was a great experience. Loved that it was walking distance from the stadium! In addition to two ballgames, we enjoyed a “Book Crawl”, the local farmers market, and a night at Top Golf. Busy days made us thankful for the VERY comfortable beds, separated bedrooms, and spacious living area. We enjoyed it very much!!!

Made sure to keep our Easter tradition of decorating cookies!

ACDC trip

Was perfect location to walk to AT&T stadium with plenty of restaurants nearby. This home had comfortable furnishings and 3 King beds. We will be returning to stay again

It is only .5 mile down E Rogers St. You will dead-end right into the stadium. It's a 15min walk. At GrassHouse, you are literally in the middle of it all.
