Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the Wilson Park Fountain. Wander around the historic streets of the University of North Alabama while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee and relax in a cozy patio looking out into nature and part of downtown Florence. We are a pet friendly VRBO and there is a $50 pet fee per animal(:

The space:
This space is a duplex with its own entrance and parking. You do not ever have to interact with other people. You do not share anything at all it is, its own space. This home is on the 1st floor. If the duplex is rented out from the 2nd floor you will have neighbors but rest assure we only allow guests to stay here with good track record, (good reviews) I am a super host and have been for a long time now. I will always do my best to ensure my guests enjoy the most out of there stay.

Guest access
You will have access to the driveway coming in from the neighborhood. You have access to the patio on right hand side next to the front door entrance. It is fenced in, perfect for pets!

Parking:
You can park all along the driveway that is all yours and not have to be shared with the 2nd floor at all.

The location, price, and amenities were absolutely perfect for us to visit family for the 4th of July. We had all we needed to make coffee and keep our drinks cold and the back patio was lovely and shaded. The property is a duplex with the main house upstairs so there was some noise in the morning - don’t plan to sleep in unless you’re a very heavy sleeper - but you’re likely not in Florence to sleep :-)

If we had known the property was a duplex and that someone lived upstairs we probably wouldn’t have booked this place. The only bathroom was on one side of the house away from the master. There is no kitchen sink to wash glasses in. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable and the complementary coffee was nice. Communication with host was very delayed

This was a perfect little place for our weekend getaway ! the back patio was so peaceful and close enough that I was able to walk into town to get a coffee and breakfast. I had to call the host for our check in instructions once we arrived but they were quick to get us all we needed! If we ever come back to Florence , this will be where we stay !

Had a great weekend! Very happy we could bring our dog. Took the music studio tours. When we found out the Frank Lloyd Wright house was down the road, did that tour also. Everything was great!

Great stay and location

This was a nice place that was very clean and in a safe, convenient location. It was just right for two people and it had pretty much everything we needed. I especially loved its proximity to FLW’s Rosenbaum House, located just down the street.

Convenient location in Florence with nice out door space.

Great stay

We booked this as a place to stay for my son's fishing tournament. It was convenient to the tournament location, and it was very clean. I would stay here again.

we did not have pets. The property was quiet. A couple of things I would reccomend:1. there was no indication of the house number anywhere, this needs to be displayed2. We notified that we could not be there at 4;00 DUE to a graduation so the house door was just left open...not the best.3. If would be good if you let guests know they need to bring shampoo, toilet paper (there was only one roll for 3 people) hand soap, etc.4. Also, it would be good to know that there is no kitchen sink.Although, it there were some things I think could be changed. The location was good, it was a quiet neighbothood and the rooms were clean.thank you

Cute place, nice stay

It’s a cute place and centrally located which was very nice. We were here for a baseball tournament and had easy access to everywhere we went. The previous comments are correct about the sound from upstairs but thankfully I had a heads up from the comments and we only heard the other guests during appropriate hours. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Finally received check in instructions 45 mins prior to check in. That was after emailing, texting and calling the host. I had to leave a msg that I was going to call Expedia before they finally sent us the info. When we arrived, all of the towels were wet. Folded in drawers still wet. This is not an apartment. There is no sink besides the bathroom. No soap available anywhere. So not a good idea to use the dishes. We reported that the 2nd bedroom had water leaking from the ceiling onto the floor making that room unusable and the floor wet! Nothing was done. Overpriced for what we got. Very disappointed.

Great for a quick weekend visit

This location was very convenient to downtown, was super clean, and had a great vibe. I loved the back porch and the beds were very comfy. The only thing lacking was a sink in the kitchenette space. I definitely will book again when I come to visit my daughters at UNA. Thanks for being a great host!
