Located in the heart of Vail Village between The Sebastian and Solaris with amazing views. Old World European decor compliments the Bavarian feel of Vail village with two bedrooms and two full baths, fireplace, 2 decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable leather couches, fast wifi, cable/roku tvs, washer/dryer, and a dedicated work space make this an ideal condo for a ski or summer escape. New luxury bed toppers make for a comfortable night sleep. The views from both decks are amazing and tall windows let in a ton of light. Privacy tint installed so you can enjoy watching all the activity in Vail Village and still have privacy. TV’s in living room and master bedroom. Garage space for 1 car only. One dog only (must be registered with HOA prior to stay and pet fee paid on reservation or reservation will be terminated) is welcome to tag along too! Access to outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at the Sebastian plus indoor hot tub and sauna at the building. You can not beat the location, charm and value of this condo! AC in living area only, available all summer and fall. In winter only by request. STR037676

The condo was very clean, updated and well equipped kitchen and great location with beautiful views of the village and mountain. Enjoyed the amenities. The host was very friendly patient and easy to contact.

This is a fabulous location. Couldn’t be better from that perspective. The place is clean with a great layout for a family. I gave it 4 stars due to it needing to be updated.

We enjoyed the beautiful condo during our ski trip. Anna is very responsive. We also got surprised by two pies after returning from the slopes one day.

Great location!

The best locations we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the location. The unit was a bit warm this summer, but that seems to have been the norm around town. The patios were incredible!

MLK Jr weekend

Our family had a wonderful time in Vail. One of the highlights was our condo. Great location, easy parking spot, easy access to gondola one, and right in the middle of Vail Village.

A sweet little condo right in the middle of Vail square! We loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. Didn’t get in our car once!

Location, location,location!

Central location, close to everything! The only thing to note is that the afternoon sun was brutal coming in the windows in the afternoon so the drapes had to stay closed!

Location was fantastic but had several issues. None of the kitchen lights worked which led us to believe there was a “switch” issue and not a light bulb issue. Mattress in guest bedroom should be updated and the A/C (when we turned it on during the night) made noise in the guest bedroom. When we arrived there was all kinds of construction in the hallway and we were not warned about it! Kitchen was stocked and there were plenty of towels!

Thank you for your review. I wish you would have contacted me. If you would have I would have discovered sooner that the electrician doing a remodel downstairs messed up our lights. They’ve been fixed. There is no AC in the bedrooms so not sure how it’s making noise in the bedroom. I will speak to owner about a new replacement mattress topper or new mattress. The building is getting a new fireplace in the lobby however that is not near the condo at all so I don’t realize it would be an issue. It will be finished soon. I’m glad you enjoyed the location!

We had a very nice stay at this property, while in Vail for a summer conference. It is just steps from the Village and so many restaurants and shops. We would definitely book a stay here again.

Cleanliness was excellent. Quiet location, convenient to bus line and Vail Village restaurants and shops. A little sketchy getting into the place. A detailed letter with definitive instructions would have been extremely helpful. The door upon exiting does not automatically lock. It has to be manually locked. If someone has the code they can come in at night, Soap containers in bathrooms had to be moved to the shower area. Toilet paper quality scratchy and no tissues available.
