We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, though we would like to offer some clarification for future guests reviewing this. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, as it is before each guest’s stay. Unfortunately, in regards to exterior of home we aren’t able to control what happens with nature only respond as quickly as we can. Your early arrival well before the check in time created some additional difficulty getting that resolved. A windstorm had occurred before your arrival, which did result in debris in the pool and on the patio. Our pool service technician arrived at 5:30 AM the next morning (the earliest possible appointment), and the pool was clean and swim-ready by 7 AM — well before midday of your first full day and before you mentioned you needed it. As for the bedding, all beds were fully made with fresh linens, including top sheets and comforters. Based on usage during your stay, it appears all provided bedding was used. While we welcome feedback, it’s important for us to be transparent and fair with all guests and future visitors. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home and pride ourselves on excellent guest service, which includes respecting the boundaries and check-in procedures that ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
