We rented this property for a couples weekend. Everything was perfect! We had three couples - each had their own bathroom and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool area is spacious and beautiful. That was our central area to get together. The view is fantastic and we took advantage of many nearby attractions. The parking was more than adequate for 3 vehicles. The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was absolutely nothing we needed to go out and purchase, a real rarity at a rental property. The owner was very responsive and helpful with local area information. We did a kayak rental at weeki wachee springs state park, which is right up the road. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do. I would definitely return, and actually already discussed going back for a girl's weekend. Highly recommend!

The check in and out process was easy to follow. The host was great and even recommended varous places to visit and areas to explore. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved spending days in the pool and coffee on the screened in upper deck in the morning. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful home.

This house is absolutely perfect. The location is great, the neighborhood is peaceful & the view is beautiful. Barry has been a wonderful host. He is always easy to reach and happy to suggest places to eat and things to see. The inside of the house is clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials. Our kids (9 & 3) have stayed a lot of places and have declared this their favorite pool, and they’ve had a blast fishing from the dock. My husband is blown away by how well maintained the pool and dock are and said himself that he can’t believe he doesn’t have a single complaint (he usually has more than a few!) We initially came here just to take our 3 year old to see “real” mermaids in Weeki Wachee and figured it would be a one time trip, but we’ve fallen in love and will definitely be back!

Great space. The rooms and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and very clean. The pool area was our favorite. Property was beautiful and perfect for our family vacay.

August Scalloping

The property was great and everything and more than the listing. We really enjoyed the pool area and were able to use a ton when we weren’t out scalloping. The hosts were very responsive and the house had all the amenities and very roomy. We would recommend and hope to return!!!

Great property

The house was awesome. The check in was easy because the property manager was in touch with us all the time. We had his number where we could call and text at all times. He’s a great guy and it was a great place to stay.

Great location

Great location on the canal. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful house with plenty of space to sit outside and relax. Lots of great places to eat close by - we especially loved the seafood. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome family getaway!

This property is beautiful! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the homeowner (but we did not need anything, as everything was even better than expected!) Such a great area-we loved every minute! Great visit to Hernando Beach

This home is really nice and is exactly as advertised in the listing. The dock is very nice and could have accommodated two boats my size (23'). Barry was super nice and allowed us to check in early which was awesome. Would definitely book this one again!

Labor Day weekend

Happiness in Hernando Beach

This was a beautiful property that was everything and more! The interior is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and very clean. The pool and dock were perfect! We enjoyed swimming, sitting around the pool, and fishing off the dock. The owner is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and had a wonderful time enjoying the views on the water with family.

Great Place to Stay

We were very impressed with the house. It was clean, had all the amenities you need, plenty of parking and the boat dock was great for our 25 footer. The canal was also clean and wide. The location is quiet and there are several local places to eat or more establishments are 3 to 4 miles away. The owner was very accommodating and took care of an issue with haste. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful home decorated perfect for a summer vacation home and is in great location with lots to do near by. Very quiet area right on the water, PERFECT !!! House was stocked with everything we needed. Barry was quick to respond when contacted. The house is the perfect size for 3 couples. We had a fantastic time and are already talking of returning. Perfect vacation

We really loved this place. Stayed at a few here and so far this my favorite. So well equipped. Everything you need is here. The pool was much bigger than i thought. Plenty of dock space. Lots of pricacy yoo privacy

Highly recommend

The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The owner, Barry, was extremely helpful and efficient with his responses. Unfortunately, TS Debby was enroute and we had to leave a day early to get home and prepare our property. Highly recommend this house.

Amazing time

We love to travel and have stayed many places. This was one of our favorites. The home is very spacious and has many spots to hang out. Lot of seating in hang out area. There were abundance of dishes and towels. Everything in the home is top quality. The beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back to this home.

Great property! Just as advertised.

This is a super house, just as nice as it seems in the photos! Barry is a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. He even quickly responded to questions from halfway around the world! Pool and hot tub were lovely! The house was very comfy and well-equipped. Also very clean. It's nice to be right on the waterway and in a quiet neighborhood. Recommended!

Beautiful Home

This was a perfect home for my husband and I to stay at while we visited friends and family in the area. The house was fully stocked and had every amenity that we needed. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. One morning we saw dolphins playing in the canal. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Barry was very helpful and answered any questions I had. We will definitely be back!

We purchased this home in 2020. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We love the outdoor restaurants and bars. There is plenty of live music during the week and weekends. The boating and fishing is great. And love the weather. Great family fun.
