The property is very clean. But there is some deferred maintenance: cabinet doors unhinged, chipped paint, water leak, pool tiles gone etc.

It was very nice, and perfect for our needs. The pool definitely needs some tender loving care, but it was very nice to have the pool as hot as it was. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. We had a great time. Thank you very much

The home was spotless and just as pictured. Highly recommend for large groups (we had a party of six), very spacious and comfortable. Too cool to enjoy the pool, but would be awesome in the summer months. Beautiful, safe neighborhood.

Our family members from all over Oklahoma and Texas stayed at the house in November for a nearby wedding. The bedroom and bathroom layout worked perfectly for our family and the spacious living room, kitchen and dining areas were a great set up for meals and games. The house was spotless and the hosts were very friendly and responsive! A great experience overall!
