Check-In time: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM (Guests not departing as agreed are subject to additional charges).
Minimum check-in age: 21
Units are assigned at check-in - Unit requests can be made but cannot be guaranteed.

Parking policies - Only one parking space is permitted per unit. Campers, Boats, Trailers, Motor Homes, and RV’s are not allowed on the premises.

Security Deposits - Security deposits must be paid at check-in. Individuals under the age of 25 are required to provide a $250.00 security deposit at check-in. Guests 25 and older are required to provide a $50.00 security deposit at check-in. All security deposits must be placed on a credit card. The resort does not accept cash, checks, money orders or traveler’s checks for security deposits. Security deposits will be charged for excessive cleaning and for any furniture that needs to be moved back its original position.
 
Lost keys - Keys will be picked up at the on-site office and returned there upon departure. Loss of any keys to the East Building units will result in a minimum $156.00 per key deduction from your security deposit.
