Prime location in South Tampa, 33611. 2-min drive to Bayshore Blvd, 5-min to Downtown Tampa. Relatively close to the best shops and restaurants in town; Bern's Steakhouse, International Plaza, Channelside District and Ybor City. This quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.
Listing offers an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, laundry, parking and backyard suitable for pets.

The space
AMENITIES:

• Master- One low platform King bed, memory foam mattress, closet, TV
• Bed No. 1- Two low platform Queen beds, memory foam mattress, closet, TV
• Living room with a sofa bed for additional guest(s) and TV. Linens and sheets for use of sofa bed must be requested in writing prior to check-in.
• Full kitchen with basic utensils including dinnerware, silverware, coffee maker and pots & pans

DISCLAIMER:

A. Due to COVID19 personal care items including drinking water, washcloths and others are not provided unless requested in writing 7 days prior to check-in day. 2 bottles of Shampoo and 2 Conditioners are provided per stay.

B. The materials, designs, square footages, floor plan and/or layout, features and amenities depicted may vary and are subject to change.

C. Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Toiletries including linens, sheets and towels will be provided based upon number of guests listed on the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed.

D. Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees).

E. Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed.
Violators are subject to penalties and will ask to vacate immediately.

F. Security cameras onsite (exterior) with audio recording 24/7.

G. Potential for noise, main St, airplanes, traffic.

H. Hair dryer, cleaning supplies, detergent, wine glasses, blender, ice maker, grill, washcloths, ice, drinking water are not provided by the Host.

ANSWERS

01. Do you accept pets? If so, what are the fees?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. Otherwise, there’s a one time $75 pet fee or a daily $10 pet fee for any 7+ day reservation.

02. Do you have an early check-in?
Yes. Early check-ins are available subject to listing availability. Please send us a message with arrangements request.

03. My flight arrives past check-in time. Am I allowed to check-in after 4:00pm?
It’s self-check-in. You may check in at anytime after 4:00pm. Instructions are sent the day of your check-in via an automated email and it includes the address, access code among other information.

04. Do you have a late check out?
We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.

05. Is this a private property?
The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. There are no shared spaces or otherwise other guests outside your party staying at the premises.

06. What are the sleeping arrangements?
Master offers a king size, low platform bed with 12-inch memory foam. The second bedroom offers a low platform full size bed with a 12-inch memory foam.

07. Is there WIFI and TV?
Yes, there is free wireless internet and smart TV to stream apps including Netflix, YouTube among others.

08. Is there a deposit requirement?
No additional payment or deposit is required unless the reservation calls for more than 28 consecutive days.

09. Is this the same listing as shown in the photos?
Yes, it’s the same listing as shown in the photos. However, layout, décor, photos, furniture, and design depicted may vary and are subject to change.

10. Do you have a pool?
The listing does not offer a pool.

Yes, there is a designated kitchen with basic utensils including silverware, dinnerware, coffee maker and a set of pots and pans.

The premises do not offer a gym though there are multiple gyms within a 2 mile radius, 5-10 min drive.

The listing does not have a balcony though it offers a front porch facing main street.

18. When are check-in instructions sent and how do we check in?
Check-in instructions are sent the day of your check in between 12:00pm to 2:00pm via an automated email to the platform. Should you have not received instructions by 3:00pm, contact us immediately for further assistance.

19. Are there personnel onsite on a daily basis?
Yes, we have personnel including housekeeping and maintenance on call, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00am to 11:00pm to better assist you throughout your stay.

20. How do I submit additional toiletries or maintenance requests?
For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. For any requests received, other than emergencies, after 8:00pm, our onsite staff will handle it the following business day.

21. Is there a laundry onsite?
Yes, there is a washer & dryer onsite for our guest use.

22. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost?
Parking, alike downtown, is on street, first come first serve and it is complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard.

Disappointing

Not sure where the disconnects are, but our stay could have been great if we had gotten the bed linens for the couch the first night as originally requested when we booked and re-requested before our arrival. We had to make do our first night without the linens for the couch. Also, if we would’ve had enough bath towels, cups and toilet paper when we arrived. Even though I made it clear when I reserved the unit there were 5 of us staying, there were only 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes and 2 coffee cups. I was told there would be a hair dryer, so I did not bring one, but it was not there. Disappointing to have to spend time requesting and re-requesting in my little time for this special event. The linens for the couch did arrive the next morning, so we had them for our second night, just not our first. The towels, cups and hair dryer arrived much later on our second day, after we had to leave for the event we came to town for.The shower did not drain well, there is no remote for the TV in the living room, and there were no towels in kitchen to do the dishes. There is a very limited number of dishes.Overall, I wasn’t expecting a lot, just what I was told I would have and enough to accommodate the number of guests I said we would have. I reached out to the host with these comments, but did not get a reply…disappointing.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Filthy & Unhygienic

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Upon arrival, we found the property to be filthy, and all three bedsheets were dirty with visible bodily fluids—absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. It was clear that the place had not been properly cleaned, making it impossible for us to stay there.When we reached out to the host, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to offer any compensation for the unsanitary conditions. With no other option, we had to book a hotel instead of staying here at all, which was an unexpected expense and a huge inconvenience.If you value cleanliness, good communication, and basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Short stay

The house was fine for just a night. Does need additional bedding for the sofa sleeper though.
