Overall for a one night stay, this rental was adequate for 2 couples. To bump the rating, it would of been nice to have coffee grounds provided for at least one pot. The bedrooms are very dim, so small side table lamps would be helpful.

Overnight stay

Stayed for one night and it was perfectly located to our concert venue! Had enough room for 5 people. Great location!

Not a resort but nice house

If you are looking for a resort this is not your place. But for a pkace to sleep thus was a great house. Was pretth clean and equipped.

I have pictures of all if owners want to reach out to us.. I know they had a hurricane but they at least could have fixed a part of the fascia that was hanging down onto the outdoor patio and because of that we could not use it. There were at least three to six cats on the back property the whole time we were there so my grandson could not play in the backyard. The blankets in the closet master bedroom smelled like wet dog. To of the coffee cups that we took out of the cupboard to use next morning still had coffee in and on them, not coffee stains but when I washed it the coffee went away. The vents are in desperate need of sweeping off cleaning the surrounding areas. Door frames need to be washed. Tile flooring is separating in several places. Like I said if the owner wants to reach out I took a ton of pictures. It's a cute place decent location decent price it just needs some elbow grease. And whoever is on call did not get back until I reached out to them again the next day because the back sliding door would not lock. The night we arrived even VRBO tried to call the two phone numbers they had and never got a return call. But like I said elbow grease a bit of tweaking here and there it'd be a great

Rated to High

The unit may have been a 5 star at one point but it has started showing its age. The flooring needs to be completely changed. The home needs a thorough cleaning. The bedsheet had large stains on them. The quality of the home has been neglected.

NO HOT WATER!

I am writing as a very dissatisfied customer regarding my recent stay. My experience was far from satisfactory due to several serious issues that were left unresolved throughout the duration of my visit.First and foremost, there was no hot water available for the entire stay! This is a basic necessity that should never be overlooked. I contacted the homeowner promptly about the issue, but no action was taken, and they did not even come to the property to address the problem. This was unacceptable and created a highly inconvenient and uncomfortable situation.Additionally, there were multiple maintenance concerns:Soft spots were noticeable on the floor, which raised safety concerns. One of the nightstands had a broken leg, making it unusable. The yard was untidy and poorly maintained. The trim on the roofline in the backyard was visibly hanging, adding to the overall sense of neglect.While the home was clean, and towels were provided, there were no washcloths available, which felt like another oversight.I am deeply disappointed, particularly with the homeowner's lack of responsiveness and failure to address the hot water issue. This is a basic amenity that should have been dealt with immediately. My stay was significantly impacted by these issues, and I expect VRBO to take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to other guests.I request a follow-up regarding how this matter will be resolved, including a refund or compensation.

Interior was clean enough with a few exceptions. The exterior needs some TLC, basic regular maintenance would go a long way.

Needs Work

The house was nice, however, it was not quite as pictured. The flooring was caving in under the wood the vinyl, there was something mold like around the kitchen vent, and the shower rod was rusted. The fire detectors were making a sound as if they were recording (they were modern) and there was and instance where the fire alarm went off with no smoke or fire, we called the local fire department, they checked things out and said it seems the batteries has not been changed for a while and were beginning to erode. I attempted to contact host and they were slow to respond. The back patio needed some work and siding was hanging. Over the neighborhood was quiet and the stay was ok, would not stay there again.

Nice and roomy

The place was nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable and there were amenities available. This place was close to many restaurants and stores.

Good deal

Located close to Raymond James stadium was our most important thing. The house had overgrown grass in a not kept up area. Disappointed in the floor being buckled and created a tripping hazzard. The place insde was clean but had no wash clothes. The back yard well we didnt go there. Felt like the house was just pieced together for rent. Beds were hard with 1 small couch. I would not consider this more then a one night stay just to sleeo.

Convenient location

This home is nice to fit 3 people. The beds are not very comfortable and they are only full sized which makes it hard to sleep. The pillows are also hard. Not enough towels for the size of house. One towel each! The vent in the master bathroom is full of dust and stuff is hanging out of it. The towel bar and shower bar fell off. The grass was over a foot tall and so there were lots of bugs and a few lizards (which Tampa has but it would be nice if the property was taken care of). The TV doesn’t have local channels so that was inconvenient too. But the kitchen was very nice. There aren’t things like coffee etc provided like other places we’ve stayed. It was very dark when we arrived and the lockbox location was hard to see so we thought we couldn’t get it. Very poor communication. It was disappointing because the pictures made it look very nice. It still was a decent place to stay but not what I expected.

Great Location.

We spent 5 days. Had a small dog. 4 Adults. Very nice. Great location to Raymond James ( 1 mile) and Amalie Arena (4 miles or 10 minute drive). Quiet neighborhood. The house is very nice. Small living room but it fit us fine. I would recommend especially if you were going to a game. A lot of restaurants are within a mile or 2. A park is 2 blocks away. It has a good area to walk your dog. Fenced in backyard. Very good communication. I had to change the days a few times and it was very easy. If we need to stay in Tampa again we would go back.

Couple days in Tampa before a cruise.

We just needed a place to stay a couple nights before our Margaritaville Cruise. Since there were 5 of us a hotel was way too expensive for 2 rooms. This house gave us 3 bedrooms for a reasonable price. It was clean and comfortable and in a good location. We played cards and streamed a movie in the evenings and beach during the day.

Great get away

Brought my family for a quick get away. The house is in a good location in a good neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked as well as any vrbo we've stayed at. We have an environmental allergy in the family and the host did an amazing job accommodating us. The bedrooms would easily sleep six as long as there were two people in the two queen beds. While down try out La Terasita for some authentic Cuban food. I would stay again.
