Welcome to the beautiful Lake Elsie! Where relaxation meets pleasure. Only 2 miles South of Hankison or 60 miles South of Fargo. Located a little over a mile from the Lake Elsie Wedding Barn. Lake Elsie is great for boating, fishing, water sports, etc. Also located next to a walking/bike path. Sleeps 8 adults. Kid friendly! Hunter friendly! Jet ski lift, kayak, lilypad, propane grill, fire pit with fire wood, kitchen amenities, picnic table and much more is provided for your enjoyment and use. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about items that are provided and available at this lake home.

*** Pets are not allowed in the house but there is a large indoor/outdoor dog kennel that can be set up upon request which is perfect for hunting dogs.

Perfect Lake Elsie Lake Home

We stayed here for our sons wedding at the Lake Elsie Wedding Barn. It was great to have such a nice place to stay so close to the venue.

Carly-we definitely enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Taking the kayaks out early Saturday morning was definitely a family highlight. Lake Elsie review

Everything was great with a couple of exceptions. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is in need of a replacement. I moved upstairs as my back was hurting. Wine glasses would be nice. We were very. Close to friends and family which was great

4th of July Stay

We had an amazing experience at our VRBO on Lake Elsie in Hankinson. The home was equipped with everything we needed including but not limited to: crockpots, toilet paper, utensils, hand soap, dish soap and even freezies in the freezer for the kiddos. The outdoor area was large with plenty of tables and chairs. Kayaks, lilypad and grill were used daily! There were plenty of towels and it was nice to have the washer and dryer access. Easy water access, great fishing off the dock and amazing view! Carly was great, responsive and communicated everything we needed prior and during our stay. If you are reading this review, don't hesitate on this VRBO, just book it!

Carly is a fantastic host. Great communication from the minute I booked my stay. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with everything we needed. Everything was just as described in the listing. The swimming area is perfect for all ages. There is a nice sand area to play and the lake has a very gradual slope for even the youngest swimmers. The kids played with the sand toys and the lilypad provided and also did some fishing off the dock. We used the fire pit and played bean bags on the beautiful lawn. The patio are is very spacious and plenty of lawn chairs were available in addition to a picnic table.We will defininitely book the place again!

My husband and I brought our kids with in order to celebrate our wedding. It is a beautiful, comfortable place. We didn't get to do much the first couple of nights besides sleep, but even that was nice with 4 regular sized beds. The host obviously caters to young ones too as there was a cute toddler bed that we also took advantage of. On our last night we went sunset fishing from the landing while my 6 year old played in the sand. In the morning, the wish were jumping all over-it was amazing. The host was also very accommodating for as as we had SO much to pack up and was able to secure a little more time at check out in order to complete that. We didn't get to play with any of the water toys like kayaks, so we will definitely have to stay again during a less busy time. Loved it!
