We had a wonderful stay recently at the Villa Motsamot! Khun Wit is a treasure! He and his team were very warm and welcoming; they took very good care of us during the course of our entire stay. The weather cooperates as well so our visit was perfect. The double Villas/living rooms really worked out great and the pool was a perfect size. We would absolutely come stay again!

Brilliant villa for two families or a group with incredible chef service

A really beautiful property, well located and nearby are some lovely beaches. The staff were amazing and so helpful and the chef service and cooking were phenomenal. The pool was a great size.

Fantastic accommodation for groups

We stayed in April 26 as 3 families (12 people in total) with teen children and one pre-school age child. The accommodation is beautiful, authentically Thai and incredibly spacious, easily absorbing our large group. There are two large lounges which enabled the teens to have their own hang-out space away from the oldies when they needed it. Most of the time was spent around the large, communal dining area or in the large swimming pool, a hit with everyone during the heat of the day. The villa staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and their care and attention was much appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and patience Wit, you’re a star! Wit provided assistance organising trips, transport and dinners, nothing seemed too much trouble. We ate in as a group a couple of nights of the stay and the food was fantastic. Would highly recommend experiencing utilising the chef service. The villa comes highly recommended and would definitely come back in the near future. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday with so many wonderful memories!

Lovely and peaceful stay

An oasis of tranquility with a lovely pool. The food cooked by the chef was excellent. The housekeeper was meticulous and showed great initiative to anticipate our needs to ensure that we are all comfortable.

A life of luxury

We loved our stay here at Motsamot. We were very well looked after and all requests were quickly arranged such as bikes/bbq with the utmost attention. Thanks for our wonderful stay, we will be back!

Perfect family retreat

An amazing venue for our vacation comprising 10 family members aged from 1 to 67. The Villa is very private and quiet with easy access to beautiful beaches and other facilities. Fantastic villa with large swimming pool, excellent for 2 families

Last week we stayed with 2 families at Motsamot villa on Koh Samui, what a beautiful place with lots of space! All the pictures are in reality at least as beautiful as on the pictures. Service of manager Boom and her team are superb...everything can be arranged and she is a wonderful cook... we could stay here much longer

The Villa is much more beautiful how it’s looks on the first pictures. You will have a absolutely private atmosphere in a spectacular ambiente. The household will do all for you before you think about it.

Spacious house as described -Nice garden. Pool at the top. We spent two weeks of holiday at the top -Extremely helpful staff, very kind, good advice Thank you to ohm, his wife and the other staff for doing everything to make our stay very pleasant. Possibility of having a meal made by a chef at a lower cost

Choice Villa

The villa is spacious and clean and can accommodate 12 of us. Good location, vast greens with a private pool. Thumbs-up for our professional, yet caring villa manager K Boom, for going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We wake up to a lovely spread of continental breakfast every morning. And we can always count on K Boom for transport arrangements, Chef’s dinner, and go-between for services. It is my first trip to Samui and MOTSAMOT is a win for family stayover.

An amazing venue for our vacation comprising 10 family members aged 1 to 67. The Villa is very peaceful but in a perfect location for accessing the beautiful beaches and other amenities. The Villa has everything you need with superior bedrooms, seating and dining areas and a stunning pool. A special mention must go to Wit and his team who looked after our every need and was always on hand if needed! Wit is a great guy and we felt as if we had made a real friend by the end of the holiday! We hired a chef for the whole duration and what a great decision that turned out to be! Amazing authentic Thai meals made with fresh ingredients brought in daily! A memorable holiday and we’d love to return one day! Thankyou from our whole family!

Fantastic Family Villa!

We stayed at Villa Motsamot last week for a family gathering of 12, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with six bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of privacy. The two lounges were ideal for when we wanted to split up into smaller groups. We can’t praise the villa manager, K. Wit, and his team enough — they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. K. Wit is a true asset: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One evening we tried the chef service for a BBQ (recommended by K. Wit), and it was outstanding — everything was so fresh and flavorful, even better than many restaurants we’ve tried. The chef handled everything, from shopping to cooking, so we could simply relax and enjoy a fun night together. The pool was another highlight — huge, sparkling clean, and perfect for both laps in the morning and playtime with the kids during the day. We had the best time cooling off and making memories there. We’ll definitely be back — hopefully very soon!

Loved the Villa

Very serene and private setting, layout lovely, fantastically maintained. I loved that there were two separate blocks and option of a second kitchen. Some stunning rooms and bathrooms. You can fight for the best ones :) . Loved the fact that the manager was a resident host although had not known in advance, this service proved invaluable. She was the perfect host, did as much or as little as we needed and completely unobtrusive. Helped with all our queries and went out of her way to make sure she met our needs. Putting pool towels out for us daily, laying the table ready for breakfast and helping us organise home delivery of meals and recommendations for restaurants were spot on. A generous tip is well-recommended as she really went above and beyond and ours was very gratefully given as the service really made our trip. A local beach is about 20-25 mins walk away, or a short cab ride, the football golf is just at the end of the lane. Other beaches in both directions. We were very happy with our boat trip, the driver was very flexible and happy to accommodate our needs.

A Dream came true on Koh Samui

We fulfilled a lifelong dream and spent Christmas and New Year 2023/24 on Koh Samui on the beach. In the end, we were a group of 9 friends and chose "Villa Motsamot". Apart from the fact that Thailand and Koh Samui are a paradise per se, the villa was an absolute dream - and really perfect for our group. The large and at the same time self-contained and completely quiet complex, in the middle of a beautiful garden, was simply a stroke of luck for us. We spread out in the very nice, separate rooms, each with its own bathroom (and what a bathroom!), so everyone could retreat from time to time. Otherwise, our vacation was mostly spent around the large, fantastic pool or on the beautiful terrace and the open living room. Our cook "Dao" conjured up Thai delicacies for us - whether in the morning, at lunchtime or for dinner (can be planned individually and without any complications) - amazing! And our great manager, lovingly looked after us every minute, always making sure that we wanted for nothing. She took care of our shopping (especially drinks), planned the day with us (organized massages right by the pool, among other things) and the food and also helped us with our excursions (organized a tuk-tuk for a whole day and an unforgettable, private boat tour with an awesome speedboat). In short: we couldn't have experienced our vacation and our dream any better than at Villa Motsamot. And can only recommend it to everyone, 10 out of 10 stars, although 11 would also be appropriate. Thanks to the entire team and especially "Tom", the concierge, with whom the entire planning and preparation from Germany worked perfectly.
