Welcome to Hillside Haven, your peaceful getaway in Silver Lake, LA. Our sun-filled rooms offer stunning views of the lush hillsides. Explore local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques, or nearby attractions like Griffith Park, the Greek Theatre, the LA Zoo, and the Hollywood Bowl. Downtown LA is just 20 minutes away, and easy freeway access means you can reach the beach cities in no time. Book your stay now and escape to Hillside Haven.

Experience the perfect getaway for couples or business people in this stunning two-level house nestled in the Silver Lake Hills. You'll find an easy, open floor plan that combines natural light and central AC throughout. Plus, the house is gated to ensure privacy.

Upstairs, you'll be captivated by the stunning views from every window while you relax on the comfortable lounge and enjoy ROKU TV, a large assortment of DVDs, or simply admire the ever-changing ambiance of hillside and downtown skyline views via the extra-large picture window.

The spacious and beautifully renovated kitchen features a sleek modern design and is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances such as a gas stove/oven, fridge, ultra-silent Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and an abundance of pots, pans, and utensils to cook up a storm. Other appliances include a stove-top espresso pot, french press, drip coffee maker, extra-wide slot toaster, electric kettle, mini food processor, blender, and a Brita water filter.

For your convenience, there is a half bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom downstairs that has a combined shower and bath. Additionally, on the same level, you'll find laundry equipped with a washer and dryer, full ironing board, iron, and clothes steamer.

The master bedroom, on the lower level, features a beautiful solid walnut wood bed with a king-size pillow-top mattress accented with 100% cotton linens, a dresser, ample mirrored closet space, bedside lamps with USB ports, and a ceiling fan. Step out the French doors to an expansive private deck that offers a serene space with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, a perfect spot to enjoy a meal or glass of wine, grill on the BBQ, or lounge on the plush deck chairs with a good book.

The second bedroom features a double/full-size bed with 100% cotton linens, a mirrored built-in closet, and a workable desk.

Despite being nestled in the Silver Lake Hills, you'll be within a short stroll of local favorite establishments like LAMILL Coffee, Alimento, L&E Oyster Bar, The Silver Lake House (by Leila Thai), and Botanica Restaurant and Market. Walk a little further, and you'll reach more dining and shopping options at Sunset Junction.

During your stay, you will have sole access to this house, including the private use of the outdoor deck area specific to this space. Please keep in mind, that there are two other units in the building: one below you and one next to you. All places have their own entrances and are completely private from one another.

The $400 cleaning charge encompasses a required mid-stay full cleaning fee that we will arrange with you once your booking has been confirmed.

Guests will have full access to a secure laundry area with a washer & dryer. Housekeeping staff may occasionally use this room to run a few loads of wash when cleaning the studio, however, the room can be locked and has a separate outdoor entrance.

Due to serene and quiet surroundings please plan work-related meetings, and social gatherings/parties, off the property and avoid cell phone conversations on the deck and front courtyard. Please respect the quiet hours between 9pm-9am. Thank you.

No personal or business mail is to be delivered to the property. If ordering Amazon, please use the "Amazon Locker" pick-up option nearby. Thanks.

Charging of EV vehicles is not permitted on-site. Please use one of the many local EV Charging Stations. Thanks.

Please note there is a strict NO-smoking policy both inside and outside, including on the deck, and front courtyard. Smoking is only permitted off-site or outside the gated entrance on the street.

We have a lovely gas BBQ on the deck and ask that you clean it each time and put the cover on when you leave.
