Welcome to Believe, your relaxing retreat in Fort Morgan! This charming, newly renovated 5-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and is just a short 300-yard stroll to the beautiful white sandy beach.


This lovely beach house has a special history as the original Sunset Properties office, and now it’s the perfect spot for your beach getaway. It’s great for families, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind. On the first floor, you’ll find the first guest bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed, along with a shared full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with two sets of queen beds sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a king bedroom, another with a queen bed right next to a full bath, and the top floor features the primary suite with a king bed, a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus a cozy seating area and TV for ultimate relaxation.


The house is fully stocked with a modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, an electric car charger, and everything you might need for a perfect vacation. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats 10, with extra bar stool seating in the kitchen. The smart TVs in the home have streaming services via Wi-Fi—please note, there’s no cable TV. The garage isn’t accessible to guests, but there is an elevator from the first floor (please note, you’ll need stairs to reach the first floor). We’re excited to welcome you to this beautiful home!
