Come experience a farm atmosphere. Located only three miles outside of town, and one mile from the Little Pee Dee River. Also, only a short 45 minute drive to North Myrtle Beach.

Was the best place we stayed on our cross country trip from Arizona. Great host, peaceful place, fresh air, and the beds were so comfortable. Will stay again in the future.

Nice quiet country setting, but close to downtown Mullins. Lovely little cottage that’s comfy and clean! Have stayed there twice and would stay again!

This is our second stay at this beautiful property- we love the peaceful atmosphere, the home is comfortable and private, with all the needed amenities. We plan to return!

We really enjoyed our time at the farm! We travel with our two dogs and it can be difficult finding a great place for us and them but this was amazing! The dogs loved all the animals and there’s a big yard for them to roam. The house is clean and well kept, very charming!! We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay in Mullins

Could not have asked for a better place to stay while recently in Mullins. Charles and Leesa are wonderful hosts and the cottage is lovely! Will most definitely be back!

I would typically stay in a busier area, in a little more modern place, so I was a little surprised at how dated the place was however, to be fair. It is described exactly how it is so any misconception was on me. It is very affordable and cute and the animals were so stinking adorable. It could use a little updating. However, again, it was very affordable.

The home is wonderful! This was the perfect relaxing stay to start our week at the beach. We enjoyed the farm, there is so much to see. The owners are wonderful. Such a special place. Highly recommend!

A comfortable cottage in a rural setting.

The cottage was a perfect home for us while visiting family in the area. It is cosy, quiet and had all the basic requirements for a country style stay. The cattle, horses, goats and donkey were an added interest and there is a delightful play area for young children.

Nice getaway

It was a very nice location to stay. Far surpasses the peaceful farm title. Mr. Charles and Miss Leesa are great hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location to Mullins.

Peaceful getaway

Very clean very peaceful wonderful hosts. The children enjoyed animals, toys and playing in the dirt. We will definitely be back
