This is our second time staying at this wonderful lakefront cottage. The views are spectacular, and it's a quiet retreat from everyday hustle and bustle. The house has everything you need and more. You can create your own memories in this perfect location by reading on the deck, having drinks around the fire pit, or touring the local history. Cleanliness, checking in, and communication by Cheryl are all top-notch. We use VRBO for stays regularly and this spot has become our favorite.

My wife & I spent 3 very pleasant weeks at this Lake Ontario house during a late spring getaway to upstate NY. Very quiet, private & scenic location. The house had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, comfortable bed, indoor fireplace for chilly days, outdoor fire pit for nice evenings, etc. Close to beach, lighthouse & restaurants in Sodus Point, several state parks & nature preserves, Erie Canal Trail, etc. Excellent communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet and pretty location

The lake views and sunsets can't be beat! This is a quiet, off-the-beaten path location amidst a variety of fruit orchards. It has big windows, wonderful views, and a comfortable environment. Plenty of outdoor furniture, a big lawn, a deck at the edge of the lake, and a really comfy sofa make it a nice place to hang out and be chill. The master bedroom faces the lake; the other bedroom faces a fence and the driveway. The host was very communicative and responsive.

We had a great time here. Cheryl was very communicative and checked in at multiple times. The house was well stocked and very clean. One thing to note, the pictures show the deck hanging over the edge above the water a bit, it’s not like that anymore. They pulled it back and it’s now completely on the lawn. Also, the stairs going down to the lake were pretty overgrown, so don’t plan on using them. Overall it was a nice little place, great for a couples getaway.
