This true “heart of Thatcher” home with home office gives you a great location to be close to everything there is to love about the Gila Valley. You are a walk away from the schools, Eastern Arizona College and a drive away from the Mt. Graham golf course. 6 minutes to the Safford mine entrance. A short drive gets you to several parks, splash pad, skate park, pickle-ball courts and soccer/baseball fields. Enjoy the spacious backyard and relax in our quiet neighborhood. The view of Mt. Graham and true “small-town” life will leave you feeling refreshed!

This was such a charming home. It was much bigger then I anticipated and we all fit comfortaby. The bed in the "vacation room" was so comfortable. I would stay here again.

Excellent all the way & great communication! Staying here was perfect for us, our oldest daughter & 2 grandkids. It allowed us to visit our middle daughter & not invade her small home. We loved the spaciousness of this vrbo, the large yard & super comfy beds. It had everything we needed, is close enough to any store, eatery, etc. you might need, but is in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!! THANK YOU!

This is the second time I rented the property and it’s as good as I remember. Couple of dinners made with nothing need other than the food. The beds are comfortable. The shower pressure is great. Love the TV’s (maybe add one to the queen size room). This home feels like home!! Really close to EAC, you could walk..The standard has been set when it comes to renting another home. Thank you!!

House was so cute and perfect! We stayed for a weekend for a high school football game. Had everything we needed. The neighbors were super sweet too! If we have a game there again we will definitely be booking again!

Host was very easy to communicate with! Appreciate their help with a couple of things. Very nice little place. Clean and a great yard for my dachshund to roam. Only thing I’d recommend is a little better stocked kitchen as far as utensils go. And some washcloths, extra dish towels, etc. But all in all, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and your quaint little place. And you’re right. Very nice neighbors.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the hosts are amazing. The home has everything needed for your stay and very comfortable. The backyard provides privacy for outdoor barbecues or just to enjoy the porch. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Plenty of room for parking large vehicles.

As we went away to school (Utah State - GO AGGIES!) we knew we wanted to return home and raise a family in this great community.
