Everything was good. Condo could use refreshing/remodeling but we enjoyed it again. It was our 3rd time in the property.

Wonderful location

This complex is located on the intercoastal waterway with every kind of boat you can imagine passing by. Fun to just sit and watch them go by! Dolphins played nearby daily. This condo is conveniently located near the pool and the laundry is just down the hall. The Riverside Club, a gated community, is in Olde Marco and it’s been around for quite a while. They are currently updating the balconies. Pool was large and always warm.

Host? What host?Had no contact with him other than me having to call once we got there to remind him to send me the gate code so that we could get in.Texted him afterwards because I wanted to tell him about a few minor things (like burned out light bulb), but I never got a response. It was a little frustrating to have to go through three different people when we got there, to finally get into the condoBut, we really enjoyed the condo. It needed a few decorating updates, but that was no big deal.It had everything that we needed, plus an amazing view.Walking distance to many restaurants, which was great. The pool was warm, and we enjoyed hanging out at the fuel dock/pier watching the boats, and having a beer or glass of wine.We had a nice time.

Very unhappy

Upon arrival the unit was not up to par. Pillow cases were too small. Mold on fridge door. Wet cleaning rags were left in bathroom drawers. Loud refrigerator kept us up all night. Management was not nice at all. It could have been handled better Very disappointed

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback, Vincent & Christi. Our agency takes great pride in providing superior customer service and ensuring a remarkable guest experience. We would like to remind you that we previously apologized for any inconvenience caused, offered compensation and immediately arranged for housekeeping to remove the linens and towels, as well as deliver new ones. Additionally, we had the bed remade and the refrigerator seal gasket cleaned. We also offered to replace the "loud" refrigerator with a rental one on the same day, but you declined the offer. However, we want to let you know that the property owner has since purchased a new refrigerator. Once again, Vincent & Christi, we appreciate your valuable feedback and we wish you the best!
