Private acreage with large trees and foliage that feels cozy and inviting. Large pool to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, whether from tree frogs, songbirds, deer or the occasional cow. Large family home for family reunions, weddings, or simple vacations. This home is a wonderful place to come and spend quality time with your family and friends relaxing and enjoying star gazing, but still conveniently located within an hour of multiple attractions, such as, fishing and boating, bike trails, swimming, and shopping. Simply 10 minutes south to Beaver Lake or east to Roaring River State Park, and 30 minutes to Eureka Springs, Rogers, or Bentonville Arkansas. pool opens in May closes end of September.

Beautiful Place

As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The setup is perfect for large families with children. There's plenty of space to spread out and have quiet time if you needed it. You honestly don't need to bring any supplies for cooking or sleeping because they provide plenty of that. We were wanting to get away for a while in this place was perfect for us we definitely look forward to booking this place again when the pool is in season.

Sister Teip

Four sisters traveled together. Three sisters that were raised together found another sister this past March. This house was the perfect place to spend time together and bond. We met a niece that joined us on Saturday. It was a great time had by all and the house was great!

Family trip

Very clean & beautifully fall decorated . We stayed there and drove to eureka springs to see the Passion play . The house was plenty big enough for the family. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something with accommodations for several people .

Nice quiet place

Aside from a few mice, this was the PERFECT getaway from the city! Wish it was a bit warmer so we could have taken advantage of the pool! Maybe next year! Thank you so much!

Mom’s Sweet 60

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. We all had tons of fun. The layout of the house made it perfect for everyone to have their own space but still all under one roof. The house was super cozy and the pool and deck were our favorite hang spots. I hope this becomes a yearly tradition for our family. We had an absolute blast! Any questions were promptly answered and the home was merely blocks from a full grocery store for last minute snacks.

Family vacation

We loved this place! The location was excellent. Home was big enough that we were able to spend time together, and be seperate when we needed some quiet time. The pool was well used. Easy communication with host. My only complaint was not finding a set of measuring cups.

Perfect place for large groups

We stayed here for 3 nights for our annual girls trip and we will be back again next year and maybe even for a get away with the kids. Perfect for all kinds of groups!

Great place

We loved all the room that the house offered, the pool was GREAT! Would love to return . The location was also amazing, out of all the noise and traffic but close enough to do Branson and Eureka Springs.

Quiet comfy home

The host was wonderful to work with. The house was clean and well thought out for guests. The location was quiet and felt secure. Enjoyed having two livingrooms and the swimming pool.

Great place

We had 8 people staying here and a couple of dogs. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Great open outdoor areas. Nice pool.

Weekend in Seligman

The property was perfect for our family of 7 (four adult sons, with one daughter in law). The master bedroom/bath were separated from the other three bedrooms, so the kids could stay up late playing games, etc. Everything was clean. There were lots of extra towels, blankets. My only suggestions for improvement would be more lighting in the kitchen. We will definitely visit here again!

Actual Southern living

I was very impressed with the location and that even though it was in town. It was still very secluded. This is actual Southern living. Reminds me of a home away from home. Everything we needed was there! Can't wait to visit again in the summer, it was too cold to utilize the pool.

Don't judge a book by it's cover.

We were a bit hesitant to rent this property from looking at the pictures of the outside. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the inside. It is an older home with older furnishings, but very comfortable. The beds were super comfy with a great soft goosedown pad. The 4 bedrooms and two living areas gave us plenty of room for our family to spread out. Eureka Springs is about 35 minutes away and a beautiful drive through the mountains. Most everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The owner mentioned they were going to update the outside which will be a great improvement. Very reasonably priced for the size of the property. Great for a big family.

Weekend Get Away

This was a lovely property to stay in. So much room for my kids to play and plenty of room for people with larger families to sleep! Only downfall was most of our weekend getaway was planned in Eureka Springs, AR so it was a little bit of a drive. Would definitely stay there again!!

Peaceful

This is a very peaceful and lovely place. I love seeing the cows when I woke up in the morning and enjoying the country. The host is wonderful and I would love to stay here again.

Great location

My family and I were looking for somewhere to just get away for the weekend. Found this location. It was PERFECT!! We felt very welcomed upon netering the property, it was very family oriented. The property owner provided a basket of snacks, and a hand written welcome letter. I will most certainly be renting this location again
