Great location right across from beach access. Above the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place so it was easy to grab meals, drinks. Also a small mini mart for beach needs

We had a wonderful stay. The host was available and responsive. The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the private beach access and walking distance to nearby dining.

Room was clean but I wouldn’t say spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Beach access was super convenient. Everything you need within walking distance. Balcony is on the back side of the building but still a wonderful view & experience. There were ice chests, a beach blanket & umbrella in the closet for use as well! Super easy check in!

Pros: clean, close to beach, restaurants and things to do. Bed was very comfortable and we did get a good nights sleep. Check in was easy and great communication with the property manager. Cons: this is not a condo. The property is actually a refurbished hotel (think Holiday Inn). There is no actual kitchenette only a tiny microwave, some dishes and dorm fridge. Dishes have to be washed in the bathroom sink if you do happen to use them. While the balcony is nice you have a lovely view of the parking lot and dumpster smell. Overall it is fine for a few nights and keep your expectations realistic for this property. I do think the price is a little high for nothing more than a hotel room.

Great weekend spot

We stayed at this property for the weekend so that we could bike the 30A trail. Very convenient location, comfortable accommodtions, and right on the bike path. We loved it!

Property was very well located in an area that has lots of positives: Ample parking in the general area, plenty of food & bev options within walking, music/entertainment options, easy access to a GREAT public/private beach area. The room is very well suited for single or couple. Has everything you need, very comfortable & a nice size balcony on the back side. Just noticed that the rug shown in the picture is no longer in the unit. Would be very nice to have that back or replaced. All in all…I would book this same unit again, zero complaints.

Always great stay at Gulf Place

We have been coming to Inn At Gulf Place for 16 years. Always a great stay. This unit was no different. Quiet, clean, convenient. Thank you guys for a great visit.

Perfect

If you are looking for convenience, comfort and cleanliness, this is the place. We loved that we could walk to most everything we enjoy doing. Plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Ups and downs

Over all, this is a nice little room near popular restaurants and just across the street from the beach. The room was clean and we felt comfortable during our stay. As for the ups and downs...the elevator was not working (a downer). My wife and I are in our 70's and dragging our luggage UP the stairs to the second floor (thankfully not the 3rd floor) was a chore. However, when we contacted the property manager he was very apologetic and in spite of the fact that he did not know the elevator was inoperable, he refunded one nights stay to us (an upper)! The property manager even offered to have someone help us with our luggage upon our departure....but, as we explained dragging luggage UP the stairs is much more difficult than allowing Mr. Gravity help us with our luggage on the way down the stairs --no need for him to send the calvary. Life is full of surprises and our property manager helped us deal with our little surprise. Well done, David!
