The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and we loved having the option of laundry. The kitchen was very well-equipped, even though we did not do much cooking other than breakfast. The location was great, especially because there are so many good restaurants close by. We had a little trouble figuring out the check in experience, but the host called us right back and walked us through so we were able to get in. The property is only about a 10-minute drive from the main sights of Quebec City. The only detraction I would say is that the directions to get into the property were difficult, but only due to construction on the street, not the host instructions. I am sure in another couple of weeks it will be easier to access. The chair on the balcony is rusted and needs to be replaced. I think the listing should also include that the gym and rooftop are NOT included in the stay instead of just not mentioning it at all. All in all, we would definitely stay at this property again.
