Exactly what we expected for our family of 5 for six nights. Location was perfect…super close to everything. Very safe but bustling with activity. Perfect launch point for gorge hike, car trip to Knossos and car rental to amazing beaches. Loved our stay and trip.

We loved everything about our stay here. Such a great location. Unique, comfortable, clean accommodations. Fragios met us to hand us the keys and explain the workings of the place. We rented a car and parking can be challenging in the area, but still totally worth it.

Fantastic property to rent to visit Chania. It is an excellent location to explore old town, shopping and great restaurants. Nice, local beaches are within reasonable walking distance or easy drive. Spacious apartment that you have to yourself. Highly recommend it. Couple of caveats are to understand that there are a series of steps to consider to enter into the apartment (inside the apartment). If driving, there is street parking but you often have to have good timing to get it. Alternatively, there is a parking garage that you can reserve, for a reasonable daily rate. The lady that runs it is very nice and helpful. We completely enjoyed our stay, and would book it again if we returned to Chania

Perfect for short stay in Chania

The property was gorgeous and comfortable for our short visit. We loved the rooftop terrace. Location was perfect walking distance to good restaurants and nightlife. Communication with owner was very easy and check in went smoothly.

Spring Break

The location is fantastic. Walkable to everything in Chania. The amenities are nice and modern. The apartment is very spacious and clean! Would definitely stay again!

Our group of five siblings and spouses spent a few days exploring Chania after a cycling holiday on the island. This modern, comfortable apartment was perfectly situated, close to the harbor, but quiet at night. Communication with the property manager was smooth before and during our stay. It is an upper-story apartment, so be prepared to climb some stairs. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and gorgeous apartment.

I would stay again in a heartbeat!! Absolutely perfect location near old port area and walking distance to all the amazing restaurants and shops. More importantly the place was purely spotless and very stylish! The washer was a huge plus! The check in was perfect and we never had a hard time getting parking within a 5 minute walk! I highly recommend this adorable place. Not to mention the restaurant across street is amazing and the cute coffee shop at corner is perfect. Also check out spice shop below!

This is a gorgeous historic apartment in the heart of old town. Lots of charm and character. This would be 5 out of 5 except for 3 things. First the kitchen is not well equipped, no toaster or microwave. No knife to cut vegetables. Second, almost every room and bathroom has steps which is very hard to navigate. Finally the WiFi is very poor which may be true for all of old town. But I would still highly recommend it!

The listing does not mention the 42-step staircase, which can be challenging if you’re carrying luggage. Additionally, the description stating that “onsite parking options include a garage” is inaccurate—there was never a garage. The only options are a municipal lot (unavailable on Saturdays due to the community market) and limited street parking, which was nearly impossible to find during the busy September season.That said, the space itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location close to Old Town. Our host was very welcoming and met us at check-in, which we greatly appreciated. However, the time and effort required to secure parking did take away from our vacation experience.
