Recharge and reconnect perfectly describes this cottage. It is a very comfortable setup with plenty of space, a roomy kitchen, large open area when you first enter, dining area out of the traffic pattern. You literally are never walking around anything or anybody to around in the home.My wife claimed it was the best nights sleep she has had on the road and we travel 2 to 3 months a year.Lots of restaurants to choose from and shops to visit. Enjoyed our visit to the beach in downtown.

Brett and Jessica were fabulous hosts. They had great communication which made us feel at ease traveling across the country. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice House / Location

Home was described perfectly. Extremely easy process to get into the home and Bret was very quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and comfortable

Nice property and easy to get to. Driveway was small, barely fit two vehicles but manageable. Would recommend or possibly stay here again

Plenary of towels and supplies. Good location. Immediate response to any questions. A very nice stay!

Great location! Grocery was close by, the town of Vermilion is a jewel! There's so much to do! The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed plus! The host provided great communication before during and at the end of our stay! They let us know they were available if we needed anything! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a quiet get away. My friend and I were there 5 days to write and it was perfect! You must enjoy a sunset while there!

Comfortable Bed!

This had one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept on! The hosts left us a little gift for our anniversary. That was so sweet. We appreciated all the extra towels and blankets. The cottage was maybe a little smaller than we expected. Also, there is no public beach access for about a mile. One of the pics on their page made it look like the cottage wasn't too far from the water, but it is all private beaches close to the house. However, the cottage was really close to retail outlets and fast food. Overall, we really appreciated the experience!

The property was oversold. It’s off of a major thoroughfare and is in a less than desirable neighborhood. The only thing nearby were strip malls. My expectations were much higher than what was delivered. The picture on Vrbo is not current.

For clarity for future guests: our listing photos are current, taken within the last 12 months, and include aerial shots that clearly show the property's proximity to Liberty Ave (Route 6) — nothing about the surroundings is hidden. The cottage is a 5-minute drive from both Main Street Beach and downtown Vermilion, which are just a couple minutes apart from each other. We aim to represent the property honestly as a cozy, no-frills home base rather than anything more upscale. We wish you all the best.
