Extremely nice condo in a great location with direct view of the beach. My wife & I plan on returning here in the future.

The cleanliness of the property was the only issue we had. Other than that, it was a nice stay and we enjoyed the majestic sun.

Great location and cozy unit with a view! We enjoyed our stay, perfect size for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the gulf and spent lots of time out there enjoying the view!

Very clean room, perfect location and view. The building and grounds were impecable. Bravo to the staff for that. I love that the property is entirely smoke free. My only suggestion for the property would be to add some basic recycling efforts.

Wonderful Anniversary

We love the Condo. It is our second stay in this unit and we love it. Overall it is our 4th stay at the Majestic Sun. Its a great location and Miramar Beach is awesome. We can't wait to come back.

The view is what you are paying for. The main furniture looks nice in the pictures but not functional. Balcony furniture was the only hot spot. Pull out couch was broken, thankfully the couch was big enough for one family member to sleep on by itself. Master bed was comfortable. The bunk beds were hot as there is no air flow. Kitchen was not well stocked. No salt and pepper, cooking oils type household stuff to use. Cooking utensils were basic, mostly plastic and melted. Pans were basic and chipping. Not healthy to eat food off of (PFAS) or use. No basic pots, just massive boiling pots. No basic cleaning supplies that might be shared from VRBO users. If you need to clean anything, water is all you get.Master bathroom is tight and tub didn't drain well. And both toilets had a tendency to plug so get your plunger skills ready. The plunger looked overused as well so I doubt we were the first family with this problem.

Your comments regarding the sleeper sofa, bunk room airflow, kitchen cookware and utensils, bathroom drainage, and toilet functionality are concerning and have been shared with our maintenance and property management teams for review. We appreciate guests bringing these issues to our attention so they can be properly addressed. Regarding the kitchen inventory, our properties are stocked according to our standard guidelines, but we understand how the condition and selection of cookware can impact the overall guest experience. We will evaluate your recommendations as we work to improve the unit. We value your feedback and regret that your stay was not as comfortable as it should have been.
