Welcome to Frogmore Cottage, located on the shoreline of Baw Beese Lake! Newly renovated and fully stocked, Frogmore is a clean, cozy, bright and airy, two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage. Frogmore Cottage is just two miles from downtown Hillsdale, and three miles from Hillsdale College. Relax on the deck that overlooks Baw Beese Lake and enjoy the kayaks to explore the shoreline of the largest lake in Hillsdale County.

Frogmore Cottage is located in our quiet neighborhood on Baw Beese Lake. We adore our neighborhood and lake, and know you will, too! The bedrooms are stocked with fresh, cotton linens. The main bedroom has a brand new queen bed and the second bedroom has two, new twin beds, trundle style. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Hillsdale's very own Ad Astra "Hillsdale" coffee blend is stocked for your mornings on the deck. The bathroom is stocked with linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy the stunning sunrises with coffee on the porch, and enjoy the three kayaks and life vests for exploring the shoreline of Baw Beese Lake. We can't wait for you to experience this property for yourself!

Frogmore cottage was such a lovely stay for a girlfriend catch up. The decor was up to date, the bedding and beds guaranteed a good night sleep. Stephanie even provided a relaxing sleep spray! My friend and I enjoyed the deck watching wildlife, sipping our wine. Although we ate out both nights (1910 golf pub and Johnny T’s Bistro) the kitchen is loaded with anything you need for making a nice meal. 5 Stars!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was extremely clean and conveniently located to Hillsdale College, which was our reason for being there. Stephanie was very helpful, communicative, and friendly. The only possible drawback is that there is no automatic dishwasher at the cottage, but we weren't really there to cook large meals and entertain, so washing our dishes by hand was perfectly fine. The beds were comfortable, as well. In fact the whole cottage is adorable and very peaceful, and we'd love to go back again and stay there for our next visit.

Baw Beese Lake cottage, Hillsdale MI

We stayed here the week before Labor day weekend and had a wonderful stay. The clear nights star gazing on the lake were great! Enjoyed where the cottage was and our time on the lake!

Cozy, well appointed and peaceful stay

Frogmore Cottage is a cozy, wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was well appointed and the host was generous with bathroom and kitchen supplies. A definite go-to for other visits!

Best cozy stay on the lake

Stephanie is an incredibly welcoming and caring host. The cottage is always clean and ready, cozy and welcoming. My second time staying here, and it never disappoints!

This property worked great for us and our specific needs while visiting Hillsdale. Having a spot for our boat in the back yard was perfect and the kids loved the fishing!

Baw Beese Cottage

Loved staying at the cottage and the view from the deck was beautiful. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Our host was easy to work with and very helpful. Hillsdale is a wonderful small town.
