Our 1920s cottage is completely rebuilt with modern & convenient amenities. Cozy, casual & comfortable--And very relaxing! We have the best porch in town awaiting your stay and a beautiful view of Paso Robles’ Centennial Oak tree! It will feel like you’re home ~ in Paso Robles! Paso Robles downtown: restaurants, wine tasting, festivals in the park, 9 screen cinema, Mid-State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many wine tasting rooms in the surrounding area are a short drive away. ***We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, cream, and sugar for the provided Italian drip coffee maker onsite. (No pod-style coffee maker is available at this home.)
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control
***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Mother’s Day retreat

Husband, son and I enjoyed this beautiful property for the weekend. Perfect spot to leave on bike rides and walk downtown for dinners. Very clean and lots of common area space. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Bonus that we were able to bring our dogs to enjoy the fenced yard area.

Lovely stay in a central but quiet neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect stay for a long weekend in Paso. The location was perfect - walking distance to town and right down the street from the Paso Market Walk. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. There are some nice outdoor spaces including the front porch and a picnic table for outdoor dining. One thing to note is that the cottage is across the street from a school so on weekdays during the school year, you might hear some noise but it didn't bother us at all.

Very cute and comfortable house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very cute. Perfect for two couples or a family. It was clean and stocked well with things you might need. We would definitely stay here again. A few tips: if you get woken up by sunlight easily, bring a sleep mask. The back bedroom has very high uncovered windows. Also, there is not a full size oven, but a brand new counter top oven. Only an issue if you plan to bake something really big.

You couldn't ask for a better house in a better location. The house is immaculate inside and out. And the neighborhood is very quiet. You're only a mile from the Paso Square where you'll find amazing restaurants, cute shops, and plenty of tasting rooms to choose from. The wine in Paso is world class yet Paso still has a very quant small town feel to it. You won't go wrong staying at this gem.

Great house!

We loved this property and would absolutely book again! The kitchen was a great size and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were really nice. Fenced in outdoor area if you have pets, which is great! It has a grill which we enjoyed using. Couch is super comfy also! Definitely worth checking out!

My husband and I come every other year to Paso and wine tasting. This stay was exceptional. The house is great for 2 couples. It is close to downtown, well stocked kitchen and very clean, nice beds and furniture. Will surely return.

Great location on a quiet street and close to everything. We cooked meals and had all we needed. The countertop Wolf convection oven was new for us and we were pleasantly surprised! We made fries, fish and vegtables on two shelves and they were perfect. We go to Paso often and this is our new favorite!

Charming Stay Neat Central Paso

Checking in was super easy and the property was just as described. I went with a friend, so we had plenty of room and having two separate bathrooms was great. Would absolutely stay again next time I come to town for the great winerys.

Wonderful Property

The property is beautiful and a short distance from downtown Paso Robles. The property manager was extremely professional and followed up with us as we were traveling to Paso Robles and even stopped by and met with the other couple we were sharing the property with. We will definitely state there again.

An ideal Paso Robles stay!

Beautiful, clean property! A nice big yard that gave our dog plenty of room to move around in. Walking distance to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quaint & Perfectly Appointed

We will be back! This adorable home is perfect for 2 couples. Amenities are in abundance & top of the line. There is ample space for enjoying quiet time or shared meals, relaxation & chat. We really enjoyed coffee on the porch watching the wee ones play at the school across the street or the deer that munched on grass in the evenings. The neighborhood is very cute & quiet. Looking at booking again soon!

Great location, great property

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties with our dogs, and this cottage was by far the best ever. It was beautifully appointed, with everything one might need, spotlessly clean, and we especially enjoyed having the fenced yard so the dogs could watch the world go by from the front porch. We look forward to future visits to this, or another of Steve and Dawn's properties.

Great Spot

The home was nice and clean. It was well maintained and had zero quirks. Downtown Paso is easily accessible from Quercus Acorn Cottage by walking or by car.

Great place

My wife is extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness. She was very impressed by how clean this place was. Lots of birds to watch from the front porch, we even had a deer stop by. I will definitely come back
